I’m always 50/50 with bolts. Either I spawn in and someone with a Ump is already way to close and rips me up or I get 6 or 7 clean long range kills. It’s never an in between
THIS. Lol, bolties in a nutshell.
FACTS
Fax
That's why I bring a pistol most times so I have some kind of chance of killing someone like that. But I feel you
I get that, depending on the map I like to wait a bit when I spawn in order to spot the players that started the raid close by. Got a few kills shooting them in the back of the head 🤣
With the mosin and using the 3.5pu scope given the 7.62x54r ammo that we have in game; I strongly advise setting your default range to 100m. For whatever reason everything defaults to 50m in game. (which is ridiculous for magnified optics 100m should be the default for anything above 1x unless it's a fixed prism like the ACOG then a 36 yard or 33m zero is preferred.)
Anyway, if you notice, a mosin with iron sights defaults to 100m. This is because at 100m the 7.62x54r trajectory is a laser beam. Since the rework of the ammo trajectories, those rounds all have damn near that same trajectory. Even with BS @785m/s and SNB/PS @875m/s their fight path up to 100m is flat as that discrepancy in velocity is almost negligible at that range.
Given all that info, the 3.5pu scope designed for the mosin was intended to utilize that known trajectory at 100m of the rounds to make it easier for someone to shoot both with and without the optic. 100m aim for the head. 200m aim for the top of the head. 300m aim for an apple on top of the head. (6.5cm)
Having used a mosin IRL. (Both with and without the 3.5pu) I can tell you that out of all the ammo in game, BSG has the 7.62x54r rounds closest to their IRL counterparts.
Very interesting info, thank you for putting the time in to share this!
not reading allat 🤣🤣🤣
@@RamenStyle You're welcome. Thank you for taking the time to read it and acknowledge my work.
There's very few instances, even in the real world, where a scope and rifle are so perfectly designed for one another as it is with the mosin and it's pu scope. The only other two I can really consider "made for *this* specific platform would probably be the PSO scopes that were designed for the AS-Val/VSS 9x39mm, the PSO-1M2-1, and the original PSO-1 designed for the SVD/Dragonov 7.62x54r. Both of which have reticles designed specifically for their respective platforms, shooting their specific round. I do hold on to hope that eventually BSG will change the PSO scopes in game to reflect the real world usage.
(The third PSO scope seen in the game is a real variant used with the AK platform for 7.62x39mm. I don't consider it in the same vein as the other two because it's just the PSO-1M2-1 sightly tweaked for 7.62x39mm trajectory, as opposed to being actually manufactured with exact specifications.
Wow really cool info man thanks for this
cool info
I love the kind of sniping featured in this video, the kind that actually takes skill. Constant repositioning, map knowledge, being able to push gunshots. I find these engagements really fun especially when the opponent has a sniper as its a constant reposition, peak, try and find each other, repeat until one is dead. I hate the sniping where the person sits in a bush and waits for an easy kill. It's not fun for either end and is just a cheesy way to get a kit. Video was great.
Glad you enjoyed this!
It is always a mix of both for any sniper. Also if you think about it from whoever is getting killed by this their viewpoint is just some dude bush camping. Any skilled sniper in the game plays exactly like this and we regularly get called campers and bush wookies despite regularly stalking, repositioning, and cutting off our prey. I do love a good bush or rock but that is only 25% of the actual sniper gameplay. People just don't know that without seeing it from the snipers view like you do here.
Personally for me I’ve always loved bolty’s. For example last wipe I had m700 mastery. I came to tarkov off around 3k hours on vanilla DayZ so I was very used to the play style. For me I usually run two guns when sniping, usually bolty/smg sometimes an AR. Being able to swap from the seemingly defenseless sniper to a guy who’s in your face with an MP7 is the most rewarding play style for me. Winning 1v5’s on woods by just rotating both angles and play styles is my favorite thing on tarkov.
Love this. I'm a big DayZ fanboy too! I resonate a lot with your last sentence. That's how I usually get solo vs squad fights done too 🙌
Bolt action sniper with a silenced KEDR with flesh dmg ammo was my go-to for a cheap sniper loadout. I found I was either far enough away on most maps to use the sniper rifle, and if I ran into someone it was super close anyways so I could spray the KEDR to mess them up... and if they were a lightly armored scav usually just body them.
No one talks?.. There are lot of bolters in Tarkov, it just takes time to get a dvl or orsis. And now, there is a magnum bolt rifle for us and new sv stock with sexy ergo and light weight.
Bolter players in Tarkov get more results than DMR, because you usually don't have second chance, so you learn discipline, you wait for a shot. You are more precise, better at manovering, your senses are sharper. I do perform better with mosin, than fully tuned m1a. Semi auto kills your sharpened skills, you get back to bad habits, run'n'gun
This has been my main playstyle for about 1000 hours. It's soo much more fun. I love it when my enemy does the same thing because when they don't I always win or they run away(or i get third partied but thats tarkov for you). My only advice to add on to this video is if you're going to silhouette you need to move constantly to not get headshot otherwise go in front of the hill so that its behind you and don't move(only do this if you blend in).
Completely fair advice! Happy to meet a fellow sniper enjoyer, cheers man!
Yeah I'm at 3k hours about 2k on woods, and have gotten max level DVL (& PB my preferred sidearm) 4 wipes now. It's such a rewarding way to play.
One thing that really helps that isn't talked about here, and only comes with experience, is learning the sounds that different guns make. You mentioned an SVD, and M4, and the Mosin, beginners won't know the difference between the sounds of the guns until they get some time under the belt, but yes all of that information is very valuable when you're sniping, looting, listening, etc. to paint a full picture of what is happening and has happened. Great video
love bolty gameplay. Being light weight, able to move around with minimal noise even when you do shoot. Even if your rifle is loud you don't give your opponents much info unless you fire multiple shots before moving. My fear is just running into people at random, "what the heck are you doing out here!?" Like you're vids/advice.
Agreed! You make a good point as well about running loud. And yes, the occasional "oh hi I'm just sniping pls dont mag dump" 😂
Running into people at random spots happens to me more often then I would like when sniping
F Yeah!. Finally getting some love as a bolt action sniper. Keep up the good work bro
Appreciate it, much love man!
thats what so fun with tarkov, just play as you want, no scope glare or circle coming in on you, do as you want and what suits your mood for the day.
100%!
Dude can we get a high ergo loud axmc gameplay in near future? Would be rly funny to see an experienced sniper w mobile tank cannon running around the map like lighthouse and reducing altyn chads to dust lmfao
Would love to do this!
Always enjoy your videos and I feel like each one teaches me quite a bit more about PvP. Thanks :)
Happy to hear this, thank you as well for watching!
Sniping in this game is so fun! There’a nothing more enjoyable than tracking a target across the map to get the perfect shot or hitting a crazy moving shot on a target 150+ meters away. The bolt actions offer the highest dopamine hit per kill and that’s what I’m all about.
Nailed it man, couldn't have put it to words any better!
I got my first SBIH this wipe on shoreline yesterday wtih an AKM and a pilad on the rear sight while trying to do the punisher quest. I was all shot up and on pain killers and dehydrated trying to get extract when I saw a two man and got a super lucky headshot before the second guy closed the distance and shot me up further. I didn't have a chance, but a kill is a kill. I'm looking forwards to when I finish the punisher stuff and get to the SBIH focused gameplay. Bolts are a ton of fun!
Sounds like adrenaline was dumped during that fight! Intense. Those are the fights that keep us coming back to Tarkov 😂
@@RamenStyle Absolutely!
Got the EOD version of the game after watching you vids made it to lvl 5 before the wipe and found I enjoy it I even got a friend to by it after I told him it's like dark souls but for shooters and now he is hooked as well
Happy to hear this! This means a lot. And glad you and your bud are hooked! It's definitely tough love but such a good game 🙌
Love Ramen and his sniper plays! always enjoyable to watch one of the best with a Bolty
Sup Killa! Appreciate you bro!! Thank you 🙏
I've done my fair share of this style of play because its cheap, and very effective if you play it right. And that's the main reason I would encourage everyone to play almost an entire wipe with just snipers and pistols, cause it forces you to learn only to fight on your terms, and not feel bad for getting out of dodge when its not.
Agreed, same reason why I fell in love with it!
You are the reason I need to take a days break from this game once in a while.
Just found your channel. You’re a beast. I wish I was 1/98th as good as you. You’re definitely right, sniping is so fun and satisfying.
I appreciate the kind words man!
Really cool that you respond to new comments, really good vid as well, I enjoy your other tarkov content too
Appreciate it man! I try to keep up! 😄
It's nice to see snipers getting some recognition, this is my favorite playstyle too. I highly recommend getting used to using the range finder, and actually zeroing your gun on the go, it makes a world of difference as you can leave the guessing out of the game, especially at really long ranges. Also, while the mosin and the VPO are cheap and accessible, I highly recommend the SV-98 especially now that you can put a suppressor on it. MOA is king at long ranges.
You tried the axmc?
This sounds stupid but I kinda run a 100 zero and use the scope from there. I play a lot of lighthouse and I kinda just know the ranges of the areas I frequent. Usually running m61 or m80 I'll zero at 100 or 150 and just hang a little high and let the bullet do the rest
Do you mean the AXCM (.338 Lapua bolt action)?? Because for many wipes now you've been able to put a suppressor on the SV-98, difference this wipe is the more modular high ergo variant of said gun.
Anyway, I agree with you. Having the range finder on my scope mounts or as a handheld standalone has helped me tremendously. Hell, because of the rangefinder I nailed 345m, 330m, and 377m headshots on Woods. If I hadn't zeroed my scope I'd have had a harder time doming those kids
@@jordanjeanette7672 I totally get that, I personally only will do that on Customs and Shoreline unless I see someone clearly further than 100m. Then I zero for that distance. But that's dope you're that knowledgeable about distances on Lighthouse
quick tip for that spawn near resort push over the other side 9/10 towards the north and get them kills almost all my sbih kills were there last wipe not so much this wipe as its less than 125
Love this play style! Ive been trying the sniper style myself for a bit, but find setting up and positioning very difficult, even on maps I know pretty well like Shoreline and Woods. Any additional tips you could share:?
Glad you resonate with this! Sniping, I feel, boils down to a ton of map knowledge and anticipation (outside of the obvious skill of hitting our shots). What I mean is, knowing where a player may be headed towards based on info you gather. Also a ton of patience. What isn't seen in this video is the multiple raids where I lost my target and came home empty or getting slapped constantly. But I tend to realize that most of my losses as a sniper are usually because I didnt trust my gut (ex. "I should've waited a little longer" or "I should've repositioned")
@@RamenStyle Thanks for the reply! I guess it's just a matter of sticking with it a bit more, being patient and studying the maps, and of course taking the L with some resilience.
No worries man! You nailed it. It's a lot of repetition, just like any other aspect in Tarkov!
i call this the "The Birdeye tactic but with footsteps sounds".
I learned in my 3 year experience in this game that this tactic gives you the most chance to take a friend request from your enemy and get insulted and blacklisted
LMFAO the second statement 😂
This literally happened to me last wipe, killed half of a duo at big rock on lighthouse, guy messages me calling me trash xD
Thank you for these great videos, they have really helped me as a new solo player. Because my friend uninstalled the game after dying to hunger as a scav.
LOL sorry to hear about your friend. Nonetheless, glad you enjoy the videos!
My buddy literally called his bank to dispute it said it was a scam and unfinished game
@@solz2636 Nice!
@@dannevangseninc9379 yeah now I've played 5 wipes last wipe lvl 54 peak n my buddy never bothered giving it the time of day
I usually like hanging up at those weather station rocks simply for the proning ability, I'm greedy with arm stamina. Sniping can be satisfying in this game but feels really iffy at the shorter ranges people can close on on you. Was doing punisher pt. 4 on shoreline with a bolty but found myself in cqc more often then I would like even as a bush wookie.
I feel ya with the arm stam! And agree, the bane of sniping is anything close range. Even a pistol can be super scary lol
i have to say that if your doing a bolt action loadout like this dont be afraid to take a shotgun/sub machine gun with you for some close range protection after you get a kill and clear the area you can grab their gun and drop your secondary in a bush to recover it in insurance later to use again
Sniping is so much easier with the new animations. Also loving how the ammo changes have made large/fast calibers fit better into that niche as well.
Agreed!
The fact you break down what you did wrong and how you could of executed it better is really cool you're basically doing an After Action Review good shit.
Appreciate it man!
nice video i always do my sbih with boltys which i think is how it should be that way i level up sniper by the time i finish it and get to pycho sniper
Yes! I'm the same. Feels so satisfying doing SBIH with bolties
Nice video, been playing about a week now and haven’t met any friendly people. Every time I’m a scav, I get killed by another scav. I only play on reserve though because I’m trying to learn one area at a time.
Friendlies are definitely hard to find! It happens, but a bit rare! Reserve is a great map. It's almost got everything you need
if you talk to them in game 9/10 will be friendly (when they are scav too)
nooo way you saw that at 3:00 ! that's amazing
Jusy found this channel. This would be a great addition for me to binge watching Tarkov content other than Pestily haha
This means a lot man, thank you!
4:55 - good idea. But could be that he's also tactic-savvy and you can't implement your advance in long-range weapon. So instead of shooting, a good tactic could be - try to reposition to the nearest cover - 2-3 meters in a fraction of second while keeping an eye on him. Thus, you'll have him in a crosshairs while he has to pick or maneuver.
BUT anyway, well, played, Bro !
The pilgram guy kill was satisfying. He was a running target and he got tapped in the head with the VPO-215, and that is a hard gun to get a kill coz you need headshots.
It hit the spot indeed 🙌
Much slower bullet too, shoots different than basically every other sniper round in the game
Loved the video! Could you please share your settings with us? Video/Postfx etc
love your vids man
Appreciate it bro!
Nice clips!!
Where do I find these maps that you showing at 7:40 minutes?
tbh, i just found that via google image search
To make things easier, when I play duo sniping with a friend, we're using a lot baiting strat to force a fight with an advantage. One guy baiting hard with limited access. The other one completely still waiting the target on a good angle from afar. Using sniper bait works nice usually.
Meanwhile my usual duo this wipe has had his w key brain turned on. He has no patience. Sees one guy on a rock & starts blasting even though his back is facing us. Suddenly 3 guys appear on the rock as he missed & gets clapped ezpz.
I bought tarkov around a year ago and only recently have I done my first 5 raids, needless to say I have yet to extract safely or find the extracts in time hehe
I’m a simple man. I see RamenStyle post, I watch and like.
❤
I play alot of solo bolty action raids I always I mean always bring a smg side arm just because I like to push hard through buildings and close quarters areas to get loot and what not or when I’m in my “sniper hide” and someone walks up on me or if my cover gets blown and get pushed I have something to defend myself with in close quarters. Because solo sniping run into a lot of teams and if you get one or miss your shots they try and find and push you so more times then not it comes in handy. But patients and listening looking for movement helps over with planning and taking the right shots tracking becomes a thing if you see someone off in the distant and have to change positions it’s really fun being able to handle all situations and anything a team can throw at you.
The set I use : Dvl and vector 45
Can you do a video on your graphics and postfx settings. Your game looks very nice and ive been messing with them for weeks but it still looks wonky
Great Vid Keep them coming ....
Thank you!
MP-18 SNIPING is the best.. most satisfying
Man, I really love your video's content. They always keep me hooked right until the end! However, I'd really like to help you out with your stream quality. Watching the videos on my 4k monitor they look like upscaled low bandwidth 720p at best and it's pretty distracting. If you want to work on it sometime hit me up!
Awesome content mate keep it up cheers
Appreciate it man, thank you!
Great vids as always my friend
Much love man, thank you!
9:30 level 37 guy already lmao, i cant even get 5 raids in a week and i dont even have kids. i digress, another great bideo ramen
I also just got tarkov also one big learning curve being my first game for pc 🙃
Respect man - for having Tarkov as your first PC experience! It's a steep learning curve compared to most games, but completely doable. Goodluck man!
Haven't learned to snipe on PC yet. Guess I'll have to for SBIH
i do this playstyle but i use vpo apm rounds because of ergonomics better than mosin
Last wipe I didn't even pay the 50k Euros for the sniper skill, I just enjoyed sniping and put the 12 million roubles towards kits to try and improve rather than pay what most consider to be a fine. So much fun sniping with the m700, and I will probably do the same thing this wipe, although I am going to change how I snipe. It is my favorite part of tarkov.
I respect this!
First off I am a terrible shot. I don't have great hand-eye coordination for the "snap shots" or super accurate fast shooting when things are fast and crazy, but long range bolt-action shooting is a ton of fun when you can line up targets and hit them. Or figure out where a player will go/be and be lined up. I use to do this all the time on old woods with teammates, typically overlooking Lumber Mill, with us watching all directions to cover each other. I should really try it again, it really doesn't cost much ingame (you can almost go in with light/cheap equipment) and a backup SMG.
Excellent trigger discipline
Sniper playstyle is exciting in tarkov since anything can happen
Love you videos, but question. How do you get better at tracking someone? For example I spot a pmc causing some noise, see him for a split second, then he's gone for the rest of the raid. This happens more times than not for sure.
Great question man. It's a lot of map knowledge in a sense of anticipating what your opponent is up to based on common behavior or footpath of most PMCs. Example, anticipating that his extraction is probably on the other side of the map, so I'll anticipate him to slowly make his way there -- and I'll also make educated guesses which landmarks/hotspots he's hitting up along the way. Sometimes it helps thinking "what quest is he on?". All this compounds over time. Trust your gut to where you think he's headed. Dont get me wrong, I've guessed wrong many times as well and I just lose my targets. But you get better at it as you go!
And to add, when it comes to aggressive players pushing me: I'll always reposition and get an angle on my last known position. Sometimes kill-hungry PMCs over commit to looking for you. A lot will assume you're hiding in a bush or something. You can use that to your advantage if you're able to reposition discreetly and snipe your last known position - you'll find your target scouring the area for you
@@RamenStyle Awesome! That makes a lot of sense and I'll start practicing that. Thank you for the detailed response. I'll see you on twitch 🤟
"I see him, I see him."
Me, watching this video and only seeing gray and even more gray: "Ah, yes, so do I. I think."
LOL. To be fair, compression from recording makes it harder to see. But yes, I could barely see anything. Kept looking for dark moving pixels heh
You are a Tarkov inspiration
I appreciate that man!
How do you think zeroing effects the guns in Tarkov? Especially bolt action early game guns like the mosin and VPO? I’ve noticed that on the VPO the zeroing is off and on, I’ve used the range finder and zeroed accordingly and was still hitting high or low when crosshairs are on center mass. If I leave it at 50m I can adjust but at longer ranges it’s a gamble for me.
So zeroing does work BUT theres still the variable of your gun's MOA, bullet velocity, and muzzle velocity. Especially the VPO that has slower bullets compared to other snipers, it can get tricky. For the VPO, I generally snipe at a max range of 150m. Anything more than 150m, I cant trust it anymore 😂
@@RamenStyle makes sense, thanks for the reply!
In tarkov each gun is zeroed for a specific ammo when you are not using that ammo you need to do some testing
My favorite style.
You had me at bolt action
What do you think of the sv 98?
a good explanation for your insane spotting and being able to tell if the guy you just killed what the person you saw earlier might be due to having a photographic memory? just a thought but it would make sense why I cant even tell wtf you're referring to when I've rewatched 5 times.
It's anticipating where people will end up in using map knowledge and past raid behaviors
One of the few games were sniping actually seems like a viable playstyle, i never got into sniping in BF4 due to the erratic player movement and bullet drop/speed, but in tarkov it seems legit depending on the map i assume.
Whats the song name when you blasted that guy past there with the mosin??
Hey, mind telling us what monitor (either product / serial number OR size and style, such as LED/LCD etc), as well as what resolution you use? Just curious.
Hey man, I'm only on 1080p with an ASUS 24 inch 144hz monitor. I'll be honest, I don't remember what the model number is. But pretty basic stuff man :)
@@RamenStyle honestly the model number's not that big of a deal, I just wanted to know pretty much resolution and size. I figured if you had something wonky, like an ultra wide or one of those concave monitors, you'd probably drop me some weird part number lol
Anyways I appreciate that. Hey, I knew there was something I was forgetting to ask and it was the FOV. Do you like low at 50? You max it out? Did you play with it and find some number that you like?
Thanks for being so responsive. You got a sub from me, by the way- even before the responses, and I don't really sub anything lol
@@Malefalent I used to be at 75 FOV, then I recently switched to 60 FOV when they did a scope re-work a couple of patches ago. Some sights looked too small in 75 FOV, so 60 is the sweet spot for me right now!
Appreciate the sub man, thank you!
@@RamenStyle Man I really appreciate all your info, I've got some testing to do and I just haven't got around to doing any yet. But I did mess with my graphic settings. Man, dark is invisible in this game until you play with the settings lol
Thanks again man, keep up the great work. I'll be watching!
This playstyle looks fun, but I cannot imagine doing it in Tarkov. So many skills are required, like positioning, patience, measuring distance and speed to the target.
Yeah when you could just grab a 308 20 rounder semi auto and be good cqc and long range
@@solz2636 yeah, but that's boring af.
@@bbbbbbb51 Nah, sniping is boring. I'd much rather run, guns blazing into a building, up close and personal combat.
@@bbbbbbb51 Ehhhhh, personally, I would say that sniping in this game is one of the most boring activities possible in general, not that much skill involved (no wind, no proper scope tuning, shitty RPG mechanics), like.. The ranges are so short, the graphics so ass and the guns so unsatisfying to shoot and hit with that I would rather just do this in a more interesting game, Ive had better sniping experiences in stuff like PR or even ARMA 3 (with all of its jank)
Him: oh we spotted him
Me 30 seconds later: oh there he is
LOL
i treat tarkov like a really intense cabelas hunting game, PU Mosin on Woods is so litty
I respect that!
The map thing is amazing
Thanks man!
I know I'm 4 months late but, domeing that UN official at the beginning was both savage and a war crime
I don't do sniping that much because I can't see nearly as well as others do. I can't even make out movement from the distances you do.
At 3:00 mins how can you see those 2 pmcs in the back of shorline? I'm at 1080p in the video and without zooming in, it looks impossible to see far that far, unless you got a crazy pc with longest visibility/ best graphics
The compression of the recordings doesnt help with the cause, but just looking at a general direction and seeing pixels move is just the way my eyes detect stuff in this game. After playing the game long enough, you'll start to notice pixels that "dont belong"
@@RamenStyle sharp eye
Bar the quest locked tasks I play literally all my games as a bolt action sniper
Respect!
whats the song that dropped @ 4:27?
vpo with ap ammo is my fav
Very swag video!
Appreciate it Steven!
my game is full of flickering shadows , how do you fix them?
My first SBIH kill this was wipe was with a ump with a holosight against a Timmy fighting a scav on customs lol my luckiest shot. GGs though Ramen
LMAO that's actually amazing, especially the fact that SBIH is now 125m too. Hahaha love it. Good stuff man!
@@RamenStyle LOL literally my favorite clip almost had to lead a full inch on my screen
Unfortunately players move very quickly if they know what they are doing, majority of players pace is shift w so that’s why sniping with bolts is just so situational but would absolutely agree that’s it’s satisfying as hell
Learnt some good tips here. Would love to see how you'd fare without suppressors.
Glad to hear it! Would love to try this for another video!
@@RamenStyle The best part about early wipe is that suppressed weapons are very rare and every shot is audible map-wide. Wish they could do an event to make suppressors and sub-sonic rounds unusable and everyone just goes gun blazing
@@Crysalix4225 rare? You can supress mosin at lvl 15 for 33k rub.
Supressor saves you from changing position after each shot. If you hear mosin, best way to kill him - rush him down. So w/o you should change position each time you made a shot. If you don't, in woods more certainly you will die
@@suriil9875 Which is why suppressors suck the tension out of tarkov. You know your position won't get exposed immediately so you can have more time to think whereas a loud shot will force you to make tough decisions in split seconds
1:38 Dont know how often i died at exactly this spot, trying to do this with exactly this weapon xD
LOL I feel the pain too
M-700 Vuduu scope you can't beat me. Even close range against 1 - 2 possible. Playing it in d - 2 control room on reserve has huge advantages like stair peaking and sheit... Goodluck!
In any game such as
Stalker Anomaly, Project reality, and Escape from Tarkov where you kill someone with a Mosin Nagant is always satisfying, mostly because that weapon was out of date just before WW2 and you’re killing guys with modern and high tech shit with a 200 dollar scrap metal weapon.
Do you have to lead the target much?
Excellent content my man. One thing you need to start doing though is elongate that outro, we don't have enough time to click on the next video you're suggesting (and I want to click it!). And while you're at it, maybe consider adding a couple more options at the end, like 2 or 3 more similar videos of yours that we could choose from.
I appreciate this man! Yeah this something I tried correcting in more recent videos - just a slightly longer outro enough to click. Hahaha. Thanks for the insights man!
I would like an explanation on how you seen the guy at 3:05 in the video.
i'm gonna rena and change color on my channel to stay super organized
Agree with down low man, vantage point or not, you stick out with that profiling silhouette.
Yes! The amount of times I've died sticking out like crazy
"chat" x Infinity
All my friends run modified vepr hunters and while that gun is pretty effe time and really cheap nothing feels nicer than the new jaeger sv98 with a voodoo and suppresor.
I literally use only bolts in the first month of the wipe to get it to level 5 and get Tarkov Shooters out of the way as quick as possible so I can actually play the game normally afterwards lmao.
Hahaha completely fair!
nice content bruh
I’ve figured out what I’m doing next wipe
Glad you enjoyed this!
Yup. I confirm: bolt action sniping and, by extension, SKS sniping is gourmet in this game. After a while, I abandoned backpacks, helmets and sometimes even armor, opting instead for a concealing ghillie hat and BEAR summer camo set. You seem to move a lot during your gameplay, which puts you at disadvantage by default. I have discovered the best camping points for evey spawn in Woods, and maybe will do the same for Interchange in a while. They also say camping exfils is fun, gotta try that some day.
moving only puts you at a disadvantage if you cant aim or position yourself outside of cheap camping spots
Camp exfill can be good but not worth the time IMO. Long wait, even with friends. Very boring and not reliable. I tried with 2 ppl in a very organized way (2 blocking completely the exit, 1 spotting and pushing the target towards the exit, because when player are close to extract and full they prefet escaping than fighting.. and then they do mistakes. Putting pressure is important). Most of the time it was Inter because of limited exfills (50/50). But we stopped after a while, too much time consuming/boring.
it's unfortunate the mosin is worthless now unless you get a headshot, after the nerf to 54R
Nekkid Gornastay gang represent!
Sniper is a good job mate
are you running SNB or PS now?
PS for now but SNB soon enough when it's all heavily geared PMCs!
