Love these rare clips of Schenker in studio..creative processes..this is where I wish I could be everyday.. immersed in music..as it was from my early teens, then, focused on drums in my studio converted garage at home I was raised..cool musician parents were open to it due to showing an early ability to pick up piano by ear..(both parents played)..so I got a job selling carnations on street corners during holidays.. one such holiday..(I was about 13) was able to buy a used drumset at a local music store for like 150 bucks. . Anyway.. since Strangers in the Night.. guitar/Schenker took the musical reigns of my heart..a few diversions over the decades..(classical guitar music.. essential dead because it's set and it's old..but a lovely form of guitar none the less..true beauty..rt hand technique in this piece I noticed when I came out of that phase and this was the first Schenker album I discovered to my sheer enjoyment and renewed love for this man's music and guitar playing..and nothing but seemingly endless Schenker projects to discover since. He never stopped producing and growing and exploring I mean my gosh M. Schenker is as real as it gets
so that's how he got those abs and stays in shape.. not bad at all with a soccer ball..that was awesome.. yes acoustic solo was wow Schenker esque.. in the groove making magic as usual
Michael was a boy of many talents, before discovering the guitar he was already very good at playing football and tennis, but around the age of 11 he decided to devote himself only to guitar playing because it was the thing he knew he loved the most. .
Genius riffing and song construction.. my goodness...that acoustic solo..schenkersque magic
