My 21 year old son with autism loves her music, when he heard that she passed away, he start screaming no no no!!! I explain to him that she's in heaven with grandpa. He calm down put his head phones on and said mom she's in peace, yes son she is
I'm crying my eyes out. She must have missed her dad so much - only 15 years-old when he died. But her love for him just sings from this recording. And now she is unforgettable, too.
+flashflood505 I can't stop crying neither, at the gift that has gone home, Amazing Gift to the world, and to music her music is timeless, and priceless. She is truly now UNFORGETTABLE to. WOW
Im in my 70's. I absolutely adore both these people. NKC would have loved this number. I don't know why Natalie's mom was so angry thinking N was capitalizing on her dad. This tribute is heartwarming. RIP to both of you.
This duet makes my eyes tear up. A daughter's love for an amazingly talented Dad! I remember loving Nat's voice for his Christmas songs when I was a kid back in the 1960's and to this day.
+June Foster this year, like every year, my Xmas decorating tradition starts and ends with her Christmas recordings blasting very loud from my home speakers. I simply cannot even get the items out from storage without listening to her "Holy & Ivy"🌺album... much too sad. +Nicky Lennan absolutely! I am just tooooo sad...(tears). She has left this unforggiving place to bedazzle the Heavens. A magical voice, and yes, a WONDERFUL spirit.
So many children have latched onto their parents for success in Hollywood, but Natalie was never one that needed to do that.......she was a success all on her own with so much talent and Beauty. God Bless!
Please! No more comparisons to Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. This is a woman who conquered her addictions (a subject I'm familiar with) and came back stronger than EVER!
Barbara, this is just musical heaven! Natalie must have felt heaps of pressure as the daughter of such an icon, but she was a Supreme talent in her own right. Now they are both reunited in heaven. One of the greatest duets of all time.
Seriously, how can any human being dislike this? Nat King Cole isn't even normally my kind of music, but he had an amazing voice and no one can deny that he was a very talented, classy guy. And seeing his daughter singing along with recordings of her dad was so moving and emotional. I remember seeing this on tv, and I was amazed. I don't remember exactly when this was on, but I think I was pretty young, maybe even still a kid. And I thought it was incredible, they really did make it seem like they they were both singing together on stage.
A lot of people make a game of down-voting, whether or not they like, dislike or have even looked at the video. How else can you get a dislike on this?
This was a masterpiece. The love she had for her father, tears me up. She’s a true daddy’s girl Every time I hears this song, I hugs my daughters The bond that bat & Natalie will NEVER be broken, and that’s speical
I am 11 yrs. old but I know this song because my mom introduced me to this song. I am very sad because I heard that this lovely lady died. Even though I am 11 I love her songs! Big love and condolence.

THINKING OF YOU QUEEN NATALIE COLE AND PLAYING YOUR WONDERFUL MUSIC 🤗🤗 THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT MUSIC LEGACY YOU LEFT BEHIND 👍👍 I MISS YOU SWEETIE 😥😥 REST WELL ANGEL 🙏🙏
This song brings tears to my eyes, because when this duet version of this song came out in 1991, it was the year that my dad died of lung cancer on 9/1/91. I was gonna have my 18th Birthday Debut party a month after Dad died, which I did have. After I, my sister & my cousins & friends danced the waltz, I had to dance with my dad’s brother, my Uncle Jojo for the father/daughter dance. I wish my dad stayed alive for my 18th birthday party to this version of this song. Fast forward 8 years later, for my cousin’s 18th Debut birthday party. I let my cousin take my Dream father/daughter song to do the father/daughter dance to this song. My uncle/my cousin’s father cried dancing with my cousin to this song. Also my cousin’s then boyfriend/partner escorted my aunt/cousin’s mom to the dance floor to join my uncle & cousin. That was the most beautiful part of the party. Sadly, last year, my cousin’s father/my Uncle Andre died of Covid-19 2-3 weeks after his diagnosis. RIP to my father, Roberto, my uncle, Andreico, Nat & Natalie 😪🙏
I love this, two great singers who are gone now. Natalie certainly inherited her father's singing genes! Great tribute for her father with this lovely duet. I love it! (Great sax on the interlude!!)
