Totally with you on this, I love watching morning routines and FDOE’s! 😁 Also personally love eating good healthy food like my collagen coffee and Greek yoghurt and honey rice cakes in the morning. Just the perfect pre-workout snack, and a staple in my routine, those pancakes looked divine 😊👏
@@lucbigg right now it’s just maintenance miles. My official training block starts in 2 weeks which will be 26 miles for week 1. The goal is to just focus on strength training and short runs so I can avoid shin splints for the 3rd time.
