The volcano was the Place I visited the least in the game, then I started leaning my way around the area and started to go there often. But suddenly Fucom decided to enhance how temperature affect us and also NPCs behavior. So since then I stopped going there. Thank you Illibet for another awesome guide! 🥰🤗😉🙏 Have a great one!
Love your content, thank you... although it is hard sometimes to keep track since I am regularly distracted by your intoxicating beauty. I have been looking for a guide I could not find: A clear path to follow the storyline; heh, the first NPC you find tells you to go north, for Pete's sake. I have seen dungeon progression guides, and yes, the archivist tells you generally where to go and what you are looking for, but how in heaven's name does anyone intuitively find out you need to go to the Dregs first? I would love for you to "draw" a red path on the map sketching in general a track to follow, such as: when you have stone weapons, you can engage with Exiles and Darfari but the Dogs of the Desert will cleave you in half; you need iron for those so work X area to prepare for the Dregs. Or, The Heirs of the North are Not the same northerners as the folk at the Mounds of the Dead (Ouch). A roadmap, of sorts, with the obvious "rest-stop" areas along the way, from start to finish. It's kinda hard to know when to do what, and where, and if you are prepared, since you are sent to look for the Archivist too early on; the Unnamed City isn't exactly the place to poke around after the Dregs. I clearly understand the game is wide open and you can do as you will, but if you are new, finding a coherent, storyline-related path was very hard. Anyway, thanks again for the guides and, well, gracing us with your image.
Dragonscale Helm (very, VERY rare drop from the Red Mother) Is also good as it has around (IIRC) +5 or +6 Heat resist PLUS Cold resist. Using a Sickle (yes a Sickle - this is Funcom after all) on the Obsidian nodes grants you more Raw Ash than other tools (obviously though you get way less Obsidian and gold) Which may be handy as Raw Ash can be difficult to get in larger quantities. (Obsidian is pretty easy as you can just dismantle the dozens of Obsidian weapons you'll now doubt collect. And Gold is a very common item drop) Also, NotFuncom seems to have greatly boosted the damage that LAVA does in Age of Heroes (it also sets you on fire) And can be (almost) an Insta-kill if you touch it unless you are high lvl with lot's of HP.
@@nahuelmat Haha, I wasn't so lucky, although I did end up with 3 Reach of the Red Mother bow's, I almost fully leveled my latest Dalinsia before she finally gave one to me.
I'm very glad to have found your little slice of UA-cam and don't worry about the rambling I find it too be very interesting but that's just my opinion
I have to come back, i skipped pretty much everything after the first chapter of the siege thing. I had done everything so i wasnt super pumped, i hope all my mods work or at least the clothing related ones lol
It’s like you read my mind with this guide. I thought I could handle anything with my setup…… I was wrong 😢 I lost all of my end game gear and all of my everything in the volcano last night. Even with a bed roll close by, I couldn’t get back to it as I instantly overheated 🥵🤬🥵🤬
I have to say, if your advice to access the volcano as a begginner the FIRST TIME, is to make Chilled God-Breaker armour, I guess once inside as a beggineer I should swith to normal God Breaker heat reist version? BTW tell us ALL how to make God Armour that your telling us to get?!?!?
Thank you.
You're welcome! I hope it helps.
Thanks Illibet for another quality guide!

I got the dragonscale helm on my 3rd kill, The Red Mother was feeling generous lol

There is a spot above the Outcast Camp by the Mounds of the Dead where you can harvest black ice without needing cold protection.
I use champion's armor except for the head I use godbraker.
I can go anywhere hot or cold with no problems. I think I have about 1700 armor.
