  • This video is intended for anyone who wants to tie their first fly. It's an easy pattern to tie and also quite effective.

      @@hooked4lifeca Yep, just like reloading supplies. I bought a bunch to make my own ammo, and yeah I've spent thousands to shoot 50 rounds lol.

    Is there a advantage or disadvantage to using a half hitch to the whip finish or is it just a personal preference?

      When we're adding glue or head cement, no difference. I would just put in about three half hitches though, not just one. If we're going without head cement, then the whip finish is better.

    I've been tyeing for about a year. But no way I'd NOT watch any of your video's. Never to easy to not eatch.
