I met with Geshe Michael 3 years ago and these 4 steps changed my life completely. Under the simplicity of presentation lies incredibly deep knowledge. Thank you for sharing this wisdom!

I have studied different approaches to business, relationships, psychology. Most of them was interesting and powerful. But the most efficient way is described in the book "The Diamond Cutter".
More than 5 years I have been using a technique for helping others described Geshe Michael Roach.
When, in my business problems begin, I help competitors to get out of the difficulties in their business.
When I need to adjust something in the relationship, I helping to bring unite others.
What is most interesting - it's working.
I get new orders and in relations comes greater closeness.
I always call on to experiment.
Those who want to make events in the life are not random, but to create their own script, try to use the four-step technology! It's working.

Reading the Diamond Cutter book and then meeting Geshe Michael Roach in person was a life-changing event for me. What is most relevant for me, is that my life&business before hearing about ”the pen”, were totally random. After learning about the seed system and the teachings on emptiness, everything began to change,. My life has become more intense.
I hope more and more people could hear these teachings and create a beautiful world inside and outside.

There is a famous saying if you want to get children out of a burning building quickly tell them their are toys outside waiting for them.

You can't help people achieve Nibbana by encouraging them to further attach themselves to money, it's the Buddhist version of prosperity gospel. A metodology of Michael Roach looks like "too easy to perfom to be true". But after starting this practice everybody become really shocked by it's deepness. The reason - system he teaches us is not invented by himself. It is, in fact, an ancient wisdom, which has being transmitted from generation to generation about 2,500 years, usualy whithin narrow circle of people.
This "system of seeds" has been "just" translated by him into clear to us "western languages". I was really impressed by high level of morality of this philosofy, it has been soaked by ethic.
After several years of practice my life, in almost all the spheres, has changed radically in the direction that causes joy and satisfaction, and commitment to continue to move steadily in the direction of constructive seeds accumulation.

Thank you Geshe Michael Roach for empowering us with the 4 steps! There's nothing that is not coming from us, and that is why we can change our reality. We can make anything happen. We can make the world a better place by first changing ourselves, our seeds.
Indeed the only way you enlighten the world is by helping other people, by giving what you want. And when we do that, the ripple effect starts from us. And when each and everyone of us does that, the ripple effect amplifies... And it's an Enlightenment Revolution!
    Thank you Geshe Michael!

In 2012, I accidentally came to the closed DCI Institute lecture, organized for employees of a big Russian bank. Soft music, warm atmosphere and the phrase: "In order to get something, you must first give it to someone else first" - I was glad that there are intelligent people with whom I completely agree) And suddenly - they're Americans) This concept was not a surprise for me, it seemed to me absolutely real and natural. Moreover, from my point of view it was strange that other people did not talk about it. But I had no idea what to do with this knowledge and how to implement it in my life. Michael Roach explained simply, clearly, with a good sense of humor!
I can’t say that I began to use it in business since for me , business is not interesting itself), but I use this system in every situation of my life, I have been studying a system deeply, I like it, even though I hate to study)
The knowledge changes my mind and my world together, changes very fast, sometimes too fast)
All the changes make me happy, and most of all I’m glad to see HOW it happens and WHAT I do in order this to be happened.

"What goes around comes around" .. What could be wiser than what say and teach all religions: "Give joy to your neighbor and you will be happy himself". It is not that we have dreamed? Things around me are coming from my mind, like money, partnership, health and even world peace?! The explanation with the pen, human person and dog seems quite convincing to me. But then further: The way we see things is forced upon me by how I treated others in the past,. I always get back kind of the same in a boosted manner after a good while. And again further: By using this principle consciously I can improve my future by first planning, then helping a person to get what I want in the first place. Wow, what if this is true?!

Don't know why he's lying about his biography. He says he spend 25 years in monastery and then got his Geshe degree and then he got sent to NY to start a business. That never happened.
    Here's the facts -
In the year before his graduation in 1975, both of his parents died due to cancer and then his brother committed suicide.
Beginning in 1981, Roach helped found and run Andin International, a jewelry manufacturer based in New York.
In 1983 he was ordained as a Gelugpa Buddhist monk at Sera Monastery in South India, where he would periodically travel and study. In 1995, he became the first American to qualify for the Geshe degree.
Why is he lying about something as trivial as basic biographical details?

Buddhism is a profound philosophy and collective of teachings to help attain higher emotional development and enlightenment. Not as a money making slogan. Reducing it to that is clear indication of one not understanding it at all. He was forbidden to wear the robes due his misuse of all of this and his private conduct. When he will come up with his own methodology of delivery what he means, that doesn't drag Buddhism into it to do the job for him, I will gladly watch. America has seen few of those sects already. This sounds like another one, but rather than requiring mass suicides, ensures you make money instead. You can't use Buddhism in isolation to one aspect. It's a wholesome attitude, holistic approach. Does this change the nature of the teachings he is passing on? You're looking at the messenger, instead of focusing on the message. He did say he was looking for enlightenment, not that he had found it.
The message is pure, messengers are human. &, like Geshe will & the man you mentioned did, humans die. Life has a 100% mortality rate. He is merely passing on a msg that can help others attain happiness-living & walking his talk.
Tibetan Buddhism has been around for longer than Christianity, which is well documented as being the biggest modern cult to exist.
No matter the human frailties of the teachers, no matter the name of the organised(or unorganized or of the organiser) religion, look past the messengers & read between the lines-its all about love & 'doing unto others'.
Buddha, Christ, Mohammed, Krishna, God, etc....all were messengers spreading different ways of spelling L O V E.

@@igot_chu You know this personally, 1st hand? Or is it more heresy & Chinese whispers?
There are so many different teachers teaching so many different things. I'm always interested when someone outright points their finger at another & says-what they're saying is WRONG, without giving a qualifier or any explanation as to WHY its wrong, & what the person who pointed fingers actually believes is right.
I think we are all seeking some form of truth, & different pple find it in different ways.
Still, you're focussing on the messenger, rather than the general message.
Have you read his book? It's very difficult to put across a life's work in 18mins, but far easier to write a book about it. About his truth, & what he learned in Tibet.

Beautiful video Geshe Sir. Thank you very much , Sir. Will love to have more and more ( Buddhist ) wisdom from you.
Have any UA-cam channel ? How to learn more from you , Sir ?
Whether your books are available on net ?
May I associate with any of your project in spreading the Buddhist wisdom as I am a retired person now ?
Thank you very much again , Sir Geshe Michael.

This has barely anything to do with Buddhism i'll say the only thing that's kinda related are the nothing concept and the good action is the good karma other than that it's just a cult thing in which you can find almost every "life coach guru" like just think about the money and the money will magically come to you 💸💸 lol 😂 just by doing good karma and dreaming about it doesn't mean that you will be richer or you will have a great great successful life. Everything must has its cause and factors for it to happen so please always really consider it before you gonna believe anything or anyone.

Revered Geshe Sir Ji , Most of our days are of routine type when nothing sort of helping others is done . What to think of in Coffee meditation on those days.

The picture of India he put up cannot be of any Airport of India, nit even in the 70sit looks like a rural train station 😀, Budhaism is still practiced. I wonder why he didn't go back after a year.
