Great stuff there Mike! It’s a shame our pockets aren’t bottomless.
I have the RS coloured vinyl box set and to me it looks and sounds great. The Beatles albums, particularly the 62/66, sound marvellous now that the songs have been cut to true stereo.

Re-buying all the same Lp's we bought as kids/teenagers at Korvettes in Bayside NYC.. we thought nothing of going into the record dept. and grabbing 5 or more Lp's to rush home on our bikes to drop the needle and raise the volume (until Mom or Dad said, "Turn it down!").. Today with our 'systems' costing much more and vinyl at crazy prices we can relive those days of great musicians and music!

great! My favorite rock reissue was The Complete Stop Making Sense concert. So good. I will be on the lookout for your Jazz reissue video. Did you pick up Crafts Woody Shaw Blackstone Legacy? It is a face melter, so so good. Probably my favorite reissue of the year.

Merry Christmas Mike! I just picked up Bad Company AP pressing and hoping to get Aja for Christmas. Have you gotten the 50th anniversary pressing of Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon? That was also a big release for Rock however not exactly an Audiophile pressing. I also picked up a sealed 30th anniversary pressing from the Michigan AP collection, I’m excited to compare the all analog pressing mastered in 2003 vs the Bernie Grundman 2016 digital pressing vs the 2023 50th anniversary pressing, which I believe was also digital. I can’t afford a A1/B1 OG UK pressing. Which ones do you have?
