I don't put that's a great video idea! I usually like to do last minute discounts and that's on Airbnb. I usually lower my pricing during the week days
I’m really confused every time I watch a video everyone says price labs will increase your booking but as soon as I started using it, my booking went to zero am I doing something wrong?

Why is the booked price as -999 for neighbourhood data?
Damn only $221 on weekends for you with a 3 bedroom? I have a 0 bed studio and it’s recommending me $450 for peak weekends
Yeh, until Airbnb deletes your listing due to neighbor complaint.
