Since the commission rate varies between airbnb and booking (3% vs 16.2%) how does the software accommodate this? My gross advertised rate needs to be much higher on booking to achieve the same net rate.
hello i would like to ask if the price calculated take into consideration the cleaning service fee or not. example: 120 is the base price but into OTA i will add 35 of cleaning fee
Cleaning fees are not included in the Base Price calculation. However, we're currently developing some things to accommodate cleaning fee data with our base prices!
