Loved this episode. I live in Austin but my family has a ranch in the Davis Mountains. My favorite spot on earth. Glad the BBQ out there is getting some love. Have been to two of the three (both excellent) and need to make my way to the third. I also greatly appreciate your attention to the non-BBQ aspects of the region. The night sky is something to cherish. Can’t wait for my next trip out there after watching the episode!
