@@Hello-vz1md to be honest I would like to see that as well but it would be humiliating for “Dr” Dan Brubaker who calls himself a scholar of Quranic manuscripts or whatever but literally doesn’t understand basic Arabic let alone Classical Arabic and it’s morphology 😂. If I was debating “Dr” Dan I would tell him to get a Arabic mushaf of the Quran and start reading Surah Al Fatiha, I promise he probably won’t be even able to do it 🤷🏾‍♂️

There are the different Qiraat for the Qur’an, all of them are authenticated by chains of reliable narrators, going back to The prophet Muhammad. The differences between these Qiraat are so subtle and enrich the meaning. You can see these small videos

"We, Muslim’s do not pray to the Ka’aba, instead we pray towards it"
      Hadith No: 653
      Narrated/Authority of Aisha
      Listed in: Pilgrimage (Hajj)
(the wife of the Prophet) that Allah's Apostle said to her, "Do you know that when your people (Quraish) rebuilt the Ka'ba, they decreased it from its original foundation laid by Abraham?" I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Why don't you rebuild it on its original foundation laid by Abraham?" He replied, "Were it not for the fact that your people are close to the pre-lslamic Period of ignorance (i.e. they have recently become Muslims) I would have done so." The sub-narrator, 'Abdullah (bin 'Umar ) stated: 'Aisha 'must have heard this from Allah's Apostle for in my opinion Allah's Apostle had not placed his hand over the two corners of the Ka'ba opposite Al-Hijr only because the Ka'ba was not rebuilt on its original foundations laid by Abraham.

For any Arabic Native speaker this won’t take 2 seconds to realize it can’t be with “Alef” ,because if you read it with “Alef” it won’t be correct ,” etha Aqra’a “ has no meaning and a kid who studied Arabic will highlight this .
And if I want to say “ I recite” i will say “etha Qra’ato” no “ Alef” will be included .

But the variation bubaker pointed out is a scribe error ,but how can we know it’s an error ?
Because this error not found in other manuscripts and more importantly Quran is transmitted through generations verbally.
even if we don’t have any manuscripts from 1st century that would not be a problem because of the tradition of verbal transmission.

It is not so much on whether you understand Arabic, or not the expertist in that field, but rather to prove that there were corrections and changed of words in the ealier "manuscript". This by itself had debunked their myths about the " well preserved" and perfect book, no word ever changed! When this pillar had been demolished, many other claims about their book is being burried by itself. No point to argue so much, cos they just want to deviate and derail from the real issue.

"Hamza's critical analysis of character of Prophet Mohammad" argument:
    1. Was prophet Mohammad a liar?
=) Human beings lie due to their motives. If there is no motive why should a person lie. He was known as truthful and trustworthy before claiming prophethood. People used to keep their bailment with prophet Muhammad pbuh. Because they knew that this person will never cheat. When two tribes went in conflict, they used to call prophet for making a decision. What was the emergency to lie after spending 40 years of his life. Let us analyse all the possible motives.
Money: We know that prophet Mohammad pbuh was married to richest women in Mecca. After claiming prophethood, he became the poorest in the city. His wife Aisha RA narrates that for 40 days there would be no food to eat except dates. He was offered too much money and status by the pagans to stop preaching the message but he denied it by saying "Even if u keep sun in my one hand and the moon on the other, even then I won't stop preaching this message of truth" . And by the way inventing a religion is the last thing that a person will think to earn money🤑😂
Fame : fame without money and luxury is useless. After claiming to be a prophet, he and his companions had to face oppression and severe torture in Mecca. Due to which they had to migrate to Madinah. Even there they were attacked by the mushriks of Mecca several times. What kind of motive is that and why would a person spend his whole life to gain such a fame? 🙄
Women : Prophet got married first at the age of 25 with a widdow who was 15 years elder to him. All the marriages that he did were non virgins except one. He also commanded women to cover their body after maturity. Will a man with lust do that? Also he prohibited illegal sex. People believed he was a prophet and he could have easily allowed that. Creating a new religion for women is the last thing a person can do🤣
Here we exhaust all the major motives of Prophet being a liar.
    2.Was prophet Muhammad crazy?
=) For a non Muslim's perspective this claim may have a stand. But being a Muslim I can only laugh at such a claim.
If this claim is true that means 120k companions was following a crazy man.
If this is true then 2 billion people on the earth are supporting a crazy man's theology. Can a crazy, illiterate man create a book which has no contradiction and errors in it, has grammatical miracles, has true prophesies, has guidence in every aspect of life such as family, governance, marriage, divorce, defence, morals and all the social issues u can think of . Answer is Nooooooo.....
3.Was prophet Muhammad deceived and misguided by Satan?
=) The only people who make this claim r the Christians. The first question you should ask to yourself is what is the need for Satan to kam and miss guide people who were pagans and worshipping 360 idols? What need does the Satan faced to bring them to worship one true God?
The Christians at this moment claim that
satan wanted you not to believe in Jesus's divinity and sacrifice. But wait a moment, those pagan arabs did not believe in Jesus's divinity and sacrifice even before. And according to Jesus, Satan can't curse himself or can't destroy his kingdom. Every tym Muslims start to read the quran or starts a good action, it is recommended that he should take refuge from the acursed Satan.
I think Satan want u to curse jesus and Paul does that😇
    4. After exhausting all the possibilities, we r left with him pbuh being truthful.🤫

Bringing up cousin marriages demonstrated how desperate you are, even if your claim was true it's irrelevant to the subject, in fact it's irrelevant to the field of comparative religions, we're talking about scriptures, you're just trying to score cheap points lol.
You should educate yourself so you can make some real arguments, we don't even care about manuscripts, the Quran isn't a written anonymous scripture found in random places like the Bible, if a manuscript contains mistakes we eliminate that mistake because we have the Isnaad, we don't make those mistakes a word of god.
We can burn every single Mushaf in the world, then bring some 8cyear old children to rewrite it, this isn't your anonymous books my friend.
Until now you didn't respond to Mansur's arguments, how do you justify the terrible mistakes Brubaker made? Can you justify the incompetence of Dan? Or maybe correct us if you can read Arabic?

One of the most important research in the western academic scholarship about the quran in modern times is done by Dr Marijn Van Putten proving that the othmanic mushaf existed and is preserved.
    Dr Marijn Conclusions:
This paper has shown that idiosyncratic spellings of certain words are not due to the whims of the scribe, but are reproduced with the same spelling in all early Quranic manuscripts. The only way that such a consistent reproduction can be explained is by assuming that all the documents that belong to the Uthmanic text type go back to a single written archetype whose spelling was strictly copied from one copy to the next, showing that these copies were based on a written exemplar.
The manuscripts examined in this study are sufficiently early that a codification of the Uthmanic text type is perfectly consistent with an attribution to its traditional source: ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān.
    The whole research:

“From Between the Backbone and the Ribs”
Surah at-Tariq - roughly translated as ‘The Chapter of the Piercing Star’ or ‘Night Comer’ (lit. ‘Knocker’) - is the 86th chapter of the Qur’an revealed during the first half of the start of the Islamic movement. The chapter is quite short, only consisting of 17 short verses. However, this chapter has become an exegetical battle ground in the 21st century between Muslims seeking to validate the divine nature of the Qur’an and those who wish to invalidate it. The focal point of this conflict can be found in verses 5-7:
Let man see what he was created from. He was created from gushing liquid issuing from between the backbone and the ribs. (Q. 86:5-7)
These passages request man to observe [فَلْيَنْظُرِ] how he was created- to see that he was created from an ejected liquid [مَاءٍ دَافِقٍ] coming from between [يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْنِ] the backbone and the ribs [الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ]. Contemporary Muslim interpretations are generally unanimous that these verses be taken literally as an anatomical description of the region(s) where reproductive fluids are produced and emitted. For example, conservative scholars like salafi shaykh Muhammad al-Munajid, who runs the website Islam Q&A, adopts the following view:
So how come the Qur’an describes the emission of gushing water as coming from between the back and the ribs? The answer is that this is one of the scientific miracles of this great Book. Modern medicine has discovered that this place - between the backbone and the ribs - is the place where the cells that will form the testes first grow, and at a later stage of embryonic development they descend to the scrotum below the abdomen.[2]
This view seems to be derived from Dr. Zakir Naik, perhaps the most famous Islamic proselytizer of the 21st century. Over the course of his ministry Dr. Naik has expressed the exact same view in several of his lectures and published works.[3] Even more liberal-minded scholars seem to have adopted his perspective (albeit with minor variances). For example, shaykh Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri, founder of Minhaj ul-Qur’an International. In his Creation of Man: A Review of the Qur’an and Modern Embryology, ul-Qadri writes:
Anatomical and physiological studies reveal to us that semen is a prerequisite for conception. A male gamete or sperm (spermatozoon) unites with a female gamete or oocyte (ovum) to form a single cell called a zygote. Moreover, the seminal passages do indeed lie between the sacrum referred to as sulb in the Qurā’nic verse and the symphysis pubis referred to as tarā’ib.[4]
Even modern translators and exegetes of the Qur’an have taken this approach. For example, the British born Abdullah Yusuf Ali (d. 1953), who fashioned the most popular English translation in the 20th century, stated the following in his footnotes on these verses:
A man’s seed is the quintessence of his body. It proceeds from his loins, i.e., from his back between the hip-bones and his ribs. His back-bone is the source and symbol of his strength and personality. In the spinal cord and in the brain is the directive energy of the central nervous system, and this directs all action, organic and psychic. The spinal cord is continuous with the Medulla Oblongata in the brain.[5]
Muhammad Asad, an Austro-Hungarian convert to Islam who developed a more contemporary English translation of the Qur’an, likewise interpreted 86:5-7 in an anatomical fashion, although he renders the phrase “between the backbone and the ribs” [الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ] contrary to the majority of his peers. His translation - “between the loins [of the man] and the pelvic arc [of the woman]” - is largely an invention of his own preferences. In his footnotes he openly admits that his translation of التَّرَائِبِ is anomalous in Quranic lexicography:
The plural noun tara’ib, rendered by me as “pelvic arch”, has also the meaning of “ribs” or “arch of bones”; according to most of the authorities who have specialized in the etymology of rare Quranic expressions this term relates specifically to female anatomy (Taj al-‘Arus).[6]
But these anatomical interpretations aren’t solely held by those who believe in Islam, but also by those who oppose the religion. The disagreement is found in the scientific accuracy of these passages. Contrary to the aforementioned scholars and translators, anti-Islam polemicists believe these verses were contrived by someone still under the influence of antiquated Greek medicine. Sam Shamoun, a dedicated anti-Islam blogger, is one of the most prolific in spreading this opposing view to the masses. His article “The Qur’an on Semen Production” appears to be one of the main source texts for many anti-Islam polemicists on the Internet. Therein he states the following:
In light of the preceding considerations, we find that the interpretation of S. 86:5-7 proposed by [Muslim apologists] is more of a private interpretation that seeks to make science the standard by which the Quran is understood and judged. In so doing, these individuals must ignore the authentic interpretation of their Prophet and his companions in order to avoid the gross scientific errors contained within both the Quran and Hadith.[7]
The anti-Islam blog WikiIslam, owned by the organization Ex-Muslims of North America, utilizes many of Shamoun’s arguments, but adds that the Qur’an’s error rests in borrowing from the views of the ancient Greek philosopher, Hippocrates (d. 375 BCE):
Qur’an 86:7 says that sperm originates from the backbones and the ribs, a theory similar to another erroneous theory proposed by Hippocrates in 5th century BC (1000 years before Islam). Hippocrates taught that semen comes from all the fluid in the body, diffusing from the brain into the spinal marrow, before passing through the kidneys and via the testicles into the penis.[8]
The above examples represent the mainstream opinions shared between popular Islam apologists and anti-Islam polemics in the 21st century. In summary, an anatomical interpretation is widely considered an authentic interpretation of Q. 86:5-7. But is this exegesis a valid one? Do these modern interpretations align with the classical readings of the text and the “Quranic tone” of communication, or are they based purely on speculation? To answer these questions, let us begin with the extratextual evidence at hand: the opinions by classical scholars of Quranic exegesis

One more thing the sentence can not be read correctly if you added that Alef which would be like this (وإذا أقرأ القرآن) and the correct thing to say is ( وإذا قرأت القرآن )

That was a well based academic course for those little ignorant; who want to challenge Quran with nonsense. JazakaAllahuKhairan

Thank God that you took the challenge to respond. This is what we look for. We hope he responds. How I wish we are able to read comments about your video. In my understanding, you didn't refute him. His point is that there is a correction and with that you agree. He doesn't claim that the scribe was incompetent. Note that you made general statements about him using just one instance. Thank you

I am amazed by these christians, they took a magnifying glass and scrutinized every pages looking for the slightest mistakes (which of course did not exist because Quran is prefect without any spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes nor historical and scientific mistakes) while their so called 'holy book' is riff with gaffs and bloopers.

I mean sure Dr. Brubaker got a PhD when it comes to Qur'anic manuscripts, but he clearly failed to get basic education on the subject of Arabic grammar (Rookie mistake for someone with a PhD).
Can't really work with one if you don't have the other...
Thanks brother Mansur for sparing your time to clarify something that should otherwise be simple to understand.
