When you have a look at written phrasal verbs it seems a challenge to remember, and you should learn them by rote however, watching on video with an explanation by Arnel it's just a piece of cake.

My neighbors upstairs always wakes me up nice and early. The noise they've made stresses me out. I told them once to keep voice down. Do not run, throw hammers or drag wooden chairs. But it never works! So I suppose I would never ever get along with them really well. To cover their noise, I come up with ideas by turning up my music really loud or turning on my lamp to study. So I can get my mind off that. I even brought up this problem with my family, but they thought I was just too sensitive, which can't calm me down. I'm running out of patience. I wish I had a new house so I wouldn't have to put up with this. Every day I look forward to hearing them moving out, so I can finally catch up on some sleep or be able to sleep in on the weekend. You may wonder, "what time am I getting up tomorrow?" Easy question. Just ask my neighbors upstairs...lol

Hi! I'm Luiza and I'm going over my English notes using Arnel's videos because I'll travel to Canada for work. I came up with the idea of watching Arnel's channel because I really love her videos. Today, I got up early because I had to be at work until 7am. Before work, I popped into a coffee shop and there was a woman speaking English. I was happy because I could understand her. Then, I dropped my dog at my boyfriend's house and I went to work. At work, I filled out some documents for my trip and I handed them in to my boss. I'm really excited about my trip and I hope to stand out there.

Jack: Hi Sally, did you hand in the report yesterday?
Sally: oh yes, but I have to fill out several forms too that must be attached with it.
Jack: Oh, you could ask for help. I would pop into your office to help you.
Sally: Well I'll keep it in mind the next time. Thanks.

Hello Arnel, thank you for all your help, your explanations are really excellent.
My examples are: I live in a house full of old furniture, I just want to get rid of them right now.
I wake up very early in the morning because I always have a very busy day. I am just looking forward to my next holidays, I just need to calm down and relax on the coast.

Dear teacher Arnel I've been bursting into joy today to explain my happiness in the way that you help me to understand the phrasal verbs, because I've seen them very difficult to understand. Seriously i can say you've made me at ease by understanding them .
Your explanation is very clear you have a good methodology keep going like this.
I'm Haïtien i love English so much and I'd like to speak like a native speaker.
But no matter how hard I try to speak I can't I feel that I'm so dumb 😢. 16:54 16:54

Thanks very much for the phrasal verbs lessons. here are my examples:
I can't follow up with exercices everyday so I need to figure out how to loss weight without exercices.
Thinking about cutting back on suggar is stressing me out. I recently stopped going to my friend's parties to avoid people bringing up my weight issue.
I'm running out of energy, this diet is too hard for me. After 2 weeks on the diet, my husband and I are getting along really well than before. I need no more to turn off the light to hide myself in front of my husband. My weight lost make me feel more confident. I finally get through the process with 20lbs lost.

Thank you for posting this video, because I'm not very used to practicing English, and often I stress out for this. I spend too much time thinking about how I could get rid of this mental condition, without figuring it out. And I feel I have to catch up on my hobbies, as I do when I'm filling out words in the English exercises. Okay, I really liked coming up with this text, because I rarely bring up this argument, thanks for listening 😁
