Great video, I think the PB 710 sounds the best, but it has no battery, which kinda makes it not comparable for me. The PB 310 also sounds more impressive than the XV800, while the XV800 sounds more clear and "hifi-like". But since the XV800 is so expensive rn, it's almost €300 more expensive than the PB310 here, we have to see what the sale prices will be, because its niche is just too small imo. What really sucks with the Partyboxes is, that you can't connect them wirelessly to your other JBL speakers, which would bring so much more life to your partys if you could place a slave charge/xtreme/whatever on the table(s) and have one master partybox somewhere
U can do that with the Sony too.... U can connect any Sony speaker wirelessy using the party chain or the app and while using the app u can connect up too 50 speakers

@@R56Cooperi think xb100 isn't meant for loudness. it's small and powerful in it's own way, not the normal bass you hear, but depending where and how you place it, using other objects, you'll feel the bass. me usually during dinner, 50% volume and slow songs, hands on the table feel the shake, personally more than 50% the bass didnt feel much louder. 50% won't bother my families at other rooms. i'm watching this video now with it
Well I like this sound stage on the XV-800 to a degree but everything else for the price I just gladly take the 310 over it. Also the Partybox 510 is called the Ultimate and its going to have 2× 10 inch woffers,2× 4 inch midrange drivers and 2× 2 inch tweeters with the total output of 1100 watts. If also futures WiFi,Bluetooth,Apple Airplay,Google Chromecast,Alexa,Dolby Atmos,and Sony's ldac support. Plus it has lights on the side, bottom, phone slot,illuminated control panel and outputs its going to retail around 1300$+ but no built-in battery

I loved this video, whenever I need good information and a good review on a new speaker/headphone product I always go to your channel. I have the Sony XB43 which definitely has more bass than the JBL, but it wasn't enough, so I upgraded to the ultimate ears hyperboom, because I have a small room and it has the right amount of clarity and bass I was looking for. P.S was all of the speakers vibrating your room.

Love the Jbl but my biggest disappointment is that Jbl does not come with optical input 🤦🏻♂️ . Jbl keeps making all these speakers and not one has optical realistically speaking some people are trying not have to use sound bars especially outdoors. Bluetooth with optical input is a must to connect to your TV when your tv doesn’t have Bluetooth Jbl make it happen 🙏🏼 it will be worth your money more options and input.

310s are great one spaced far apart is 710 by itself and I can find area against the wall is a beast if you have two 710s you need a very big area can’t see much for the Sony. It doesn’t have a base output. It sounds good, but it doesn’t compare to either one of the others.

I have bought the 310 now, but I cannot seem to get it connect to the app. But bluetooth is working so I can play music. In your video I see big red round lights inside the tweeters and the woofers, but I cannot seem to get that light effect. When using the light button on the speaker it cycles thru all modes, but not this one. Do you need the app for that or something?

Do any of these have a delay in sound when using Bluetooth? I don't know why some manufacturers use Bluetooth technology that has a delay. It makes it impossible to use if you're watching a movie using Bluetooth.
Surprisingly in any comparative sound test with JBL speakers, Sony speakers fall short of our expectations in all categories of speakers from the smaller ones to the biggest.
I was very surprised by how muddy the Sony sounded in comparison to even the 310. I just got the 310 and this really informed my purchase. The highs are so crispy on it in comparison. And those Sony wheels? Trash. They really missed the mark

Louder maybe, but not more bass. At least not deeper bass. It's like the case with having two Xtreme 3's or a Boombox 3. The former will give you great stereo separation but the Boombox will give you more volume and richer, deeper bass.

Actually used 3.5mm aux out feature last weekend... utilize a pre supplied 710 as a centre speaker with my Chinese made set up, really helped my set up have a breather
710 is not even that loud more like good for 8 to 10 people for outdoor parties, saying from experience 30 to 40 people means alot my dual 15s with 2500watt rms amp struggles to keep up in loud outdoor gathering of 50 plus people,where as in home use my dual 15 literally brings whole 2 to 3 houses to feel earth. You may be going deaf. Mine is very loud at low volume on my large patio. I'm not game enough to push it to %100 with relationship with my neighbors being good.

Above 100 people she uses two JBL Eons with a single 15" subwoofer.

Using my skull candy crusher evo 3 headphones you can really hear and feel the difference in the bass between the sony and the jbls.
