True Iranians love Israelis.
🙏❤️
Back at you ❤
We love you too, brother
May we see better days
True Iranians love white peasant thugs rejected by white people??!!
WOW!!
@@themictatorPakistan and Israel are identical countries. Iran is different.
I’m ethnically Iranian but was born and raised in the UK. I am so grateful to have been brought up here and not there. I am hoping Iran separates itself from the Islamic Republic soon. Women are being harassed and beaten for not wearing their hijabs, musicians like Toomaj Salehi are being tortured in solitary confinement for speaking up for them and against the regime.
I went to Iran when I was 9 to visit my family there and had to wear the hijab and long sleeves and trousers in very hot weather while I saw men wearing t-shirts, with their tattoos out.
I have always admired and respected the intelligence, productivity and success I have seen in Jewish people. ♥️
Why not call yourselves Persian?
@hedgehogf97
My parents are from Iran, I was born and raised in Israel.
We are hoping for the same here.
@@I9s7lam5is-S3tu1pid I use Persian and Iranian interchangeably. When I use the latter, I make it clear to those I’m addressing that I don’t support the Islamic Republic. 😊
@@justsiv2250 I hope you and your family are all safe ❤️
There are lighter fabrics now for sun protection, like Outdoor Research’s sun hoodies, they could make the clothes out of them so they’re less hot.
Okay finally someone found an Iranian expert who is not a mouth piece for Islamic Republic and represents better the concerns of actual Iranian people. Well done guys!
there are so many of them that I am always surprised when they succeed finding the few Iranian mouth pieces living in the west.
@@anchormax3597 Exactly
You meant the western mouthpiece?))
@@Akella1986 No I meant " Moderates " ( اصلاح طلب )who want to pretend that Iranian people's interest is in line with the Islamic Republic , or that we hate western countries , or are in anyway represented by this regime. Just because you hate the west my man , doesn't make their enemies your friend :)) Unless you are a Islamic Republic supporter , in which case we won't agree on a thing
@@trolley2327 I can't say I'am a fan of Islamic republic myself, but when I hear from the western newsmakers that Iranian people from Iran mostly don't support regime or Russian people don't support Putin, I understand that it is all fabricated lie. The lie aimed to make a certain view about the country in the West. And yes. I hate the western foreign policy with all parts of my soul. So the answer I don't like Islamic republic regime, but I hate the global west incomparably more.
As an Israeli I can tell you there's a great amount of understanding in Israel that the Iranian people are not their government, and I wholeheartedly believe that Iranians deserve a country free of the rule of the religious clergy. If a god exists then their rule is an affront to it. Israelis too deserve a government without Netanyahu and the fanatics to his right.
May we some day finally see the rise of Liberal western style democracies in the middle east (and hopefully also prevent the decline of what little already exists).
Am Yisrael Chai!
Sending love from Israel to all the wonderful Iranian people!!! 🥰
I wish for you to be free from the oppressive regime!
I also wish for our countries to have peace 🇮🇱💖💚🤍🦁👑🌞🤍❤️
The Persian people have shown an incredible bravery and moral clarity when they have been showing support to Jewish people all across the West. I am extremely grateful to these wonderful people who understand and appreciate the values of the Western civilization unlike many ungrateful and entitled lefties who were lucky to be born in the West but keep bashing the very society they need to protect.
Generally I don't have a problem with Iranians, just the people in power.
Same with the Russians.
Same with the Germans.
Exactly, same as every country.
@Madonnalitta1 Practically. One exception being accompanied by the sound "AFUERA!" 😂
Not every country.
Look at the Palestinians, for example. More than 75% support for Oct 7, according to Palestinian surveyors (Shkaki).
Some rots run deep.
I am on the fence here, In most cases culture produces the leadership. Iran being the one exception I can name after all, the Iranians having been the first to suffer their regime for long decades.
They believe what their leaders are saying I’m afraid. The exceptions are exceedingly rare.
Israelis love the people of Iran.
We support you.
I agree ❤
Thanks for doing the journalism the media refuses.
Iran needs a Royal Family, they are a highly educated civilisation.
😂lolz, that went well before
Their crown prince is in exile
You mean pro western gov?)
Educated if you consider mandatory study of General Solomani’s will as education. 😀
Freedom to Iranian people ❤
I hope continued exposure to the Internet and the rest of the world helps moderate the more extreme aspects of their theocracy. Of course, it’s ultimately up to the Persians themselves.
Make Persia Zoroastrian again. This is the best soft power strategy for a lasting peace. The complexity is that recognizing the influence of Zoroastrianism undercuts all "Abrahamic" religions.
"Bored with the ideology ... ". Yes, islam has that effect upon those who think.
Interesting mention of the Baha'i's - while being emphatically a global faith - have their cultural roots firmly located in Persia and their World Centre in Haifa. The West too often paints countries like Iran with a very broad, flat Islamic brush when in fact they have a complex, diverse history and culture.
Its a fascinating country that doesn't deserve it's current leadership
I was literally only reading about Cyrus the Great at lunchtime. 😅
I travelled through Iran in 1970 and found the country and its people friendly and welcoming, so if Iran can return to those times, probably without the Shah, then I think that would help the region.
This comment section is so wholesome. With all the divisiveness going around, it's a real breath of fresh air to see people coming together.
The Semitic people were in some way a . Rosetta Stone for many cultures in the lands of the Tigres and Euphrates as they had the knowledge to translate many of the early Hermetic and Sumatran texts, texts which were destroyed in the Muslim razing of the great libraries of Alexandria.and Bhagdad. Iranian esoteric culture existed long before Islam.
At last someone who's interested in the influence of the ancient Sumerians!
In 1953 Britain and the United States overthrew Iran's only ever democratically elected president: Mossedegh, after he planned to nationalise Iran's oil fields. He was replaced by the government of the Shah of Iran: a dictator who was hoped to be much more compliant with Western foreign policy demands. During the Shah's reign, Iran became the wealthiest nation on Earth and developed a very modernistic and secular outlook. When the Shah threatened to pull out of OPEC in the 1970s, another coup d'état was initiated by France with the help of the United States; this time, the replacement was Ayatollah Khomeini who had been a political refugee living in Paris. Khomeini then reneged on his agreement to renew oil contracts with Western governments and began his reign of terror. Realising their mistake, yet again, in 1980 Western governments got behind Saddam Hussein after he invaded Iran; Britain even sold him chemical weapons (which he used against civilian targets) in the hope that he could capture Iran's oil fields and renew the flow of oil. Hussein lost and eventually became our enemy and here we are again trying to overthrow Iran's government. Of course, what people like Konstantin want you to think is that this is a 'clash of civilisations', rather than the latest iteration of a long history of misguided and extremely harmful foreign policy that prioritises gaining total hegemony in the region and, I dare say it, a desire for lucrative natural resources. We've seen this all before, sadly
The Soviets also got involved trying to protect their interests in Afghanistan, but nonetheless, the region being hardline theocratic also doesn't help.
@@MrBannystar Afghanistan wasn’t a hardline Islamic state back then.
Even though the soviets over stepped the mark, they were originally asked in by the secular liberal government of the time to help them fight off the Islamic fundamentalists, who were being increasingly supported by the USA.
Militant Islamists were the proxy fighting force for the US in the Middle East for a long time.
To the point where the US was fighting Islamists in Iraq while arming them in Syria
💯👌❤❤❤
@@MrBannystar Before the Iranian revolution, the only hard-line Islamist regime was the Saudis. Unfortunately, Islamic fundamentalism was funded and armed by the United States and European countries in proxy wars, leading to theocracy becoming normalised. Read up bro
@@badcarlos551 I meant the region being hardline NOW doesn't help. Western intervention partly enabled the rise of theocratic states but it didn't create the ideas within their shoddy ideology.
Wow Ali Ansari....He was my tutor at SOAS!!!
I suggest interviewing his imperial majesty the crown prince of Iran Reza Pahlavi. What this gentleman did not mention is the rise and emergence of Pahlavi monarchy popularity among younger generation of Iranians. People see Pahlavi monarchy as a catalyst to reclaim their country, history and culture

Dilip hiro highlights the struggle for hegemony between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Russia has a very long history of autocratic rule. They don't necessarily want a new system they want a new guy to replace old. Very hard for west to get.
Interesting and informative.
I don't agree that events in Ukraine are any guide to how the West should respond to secular stirrings in Iran.
Cyrus The Great, Daniel and later Esther is the beginning of a long historical connection. It is from that period that the descendants of the rebirth of Israel comes from.
Go back earlier and there is a stream of thought that suggests that pre-Islam was actually mainly a split in Jewish theology with Jewish Mhmd's but theology, history, and characters (including those behind the Shia split with that sect now in control of Iran) were retrospectively re-appropriated for Arab political reasons. The clerics must really hate that idea.
A great look back at how experts operate before the culture war gets involved.
This guy just waffles
🙏👌🙌
Ah...it's all the fault of Iran/Islam/Muslims and Israel have always been angelic in their conduct. Thanks, Trigger-zion-nometry😅
You know
How is it, that you guys can manage such a high quality, informative, balanced interview such as this one, and at the same time, mishandle and produce such an awful piece as you had with that Yusef guy...?
>>"and at the same time, mishandle and produce such an awful piece as you had with that Yusef guy...?"
You mean that awful guy Youssef?
@@jackburgess8579 both the piece and Youffef are awful, I agree.
Nevertheless, they had a great opportunity to leverage his awfulness))
You can have very interesting interviews with awful people..
Because they don't live in a black hole. Neither do you, don't put yourself in an echo chamber.
Blame Yusuf for that and the typical worthless and empty arab pride. Arabs opressed jews for 1400 years since islam. But once jews began to fight back, arabs started crying like victims. Yusuf will cry crocodile tears how aggressive jews are but will never mention jews are aggressive towards arabs exactly because of those 1400 years. Personal responsibility and arab don't go together.
Arab civilization is the worst because they are full of sh.t
- Too much laughing !!!
This is serious for all of us !!!
⚠️ INCLUDING Europe !!! ⚠️
If Iran moves to a secular or even democratic society... will the west allow it? That's the question. He didnt talk about the installation of the shah a few decades ago... and that was done by the usa and uk.
Will the west allow it? or moreover... will the americans allow it?
Don't count on it... america thrives on chaos.
So if you live in the West...
What then is West of you?
Surely it's West?
Or can't I do sums?
I can piss the distance between Russia and North America
Who's fooling who?
Iran needs Christianity.
I'll explain in one word, BAD!
Iran is very hostile to Israel ? Lols. What hopeless bias
its not that funny mate , stop laughing
Is Europe democratic ? Doesn’t appear to be
