You the man! Thank you for your great tutorial. I put together nicely before installing it, but was confused on the front and you cleared that up. Then got to the last part, putting the top ski bar up and man I'm glad you showed that part because that's exactly what I was running into. It looks like you had to disconnect the rear legs to get it on property.
It makes the drill bit act not as sharp (so the sharp I just don't catch the gel coat). It is a good trick, however I've never had an issue with cracking gel coat if I don't press too hard and let the drill bit do the work. There's also a trick where you can put tape over where you're going to drill through to prevent cracking gel coat also.
I have no idea. It's a universal tower that will fit a wide range of boats. You can follow the link in the video description and look at the measurement specs

thanks for instructional video, I highly recommend reverse rotation of drill motor through the gel coat layer to prevent cracking.
