I can't believe I made this. It made me feel like a super fancy chef, and it was so good. I was tempted to skip the mango buerre blanc, but did not and I'm glad I made it. The tart mango sauce next to the sweetness of the sweet potato was essential.The many flavors in the pineapple salsa (especially the little punches of fresh mint) combined with the mango and sweet potato flavors made for a sensational dish. The buttery flavor of the fish melded it all together. My husband was delighted, and called it "a riot of colors and flavors." Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.

Awesome work but not being a chef I got confused when you said “we’re going to wait for the puree and cream to boil” but then you say “don’t put the butter in if it’s too hot.” Can you elaborate or explain? Someone? I REALLY want the mango aspect of my macadamia crusted Mahi mahi with with Beurre Blanc. Also no wine?
Dish looks and sounds great but why on earth would someone nut crust a fish and then plate it with the nuts on the bottom…?!
