I love the Grand Prix sports cars of the 1950's. They are such clasics! The Jaguar D type is my favourite of all.

I rode in a real one over there 30+ years ago. The owner drove us into the Cotswolds. It began to rain, but there was no panic. He simply drove to a fabulous old pub and we left the car in the carpark, but removed the seat cushions and took them along inside. As I say, this was one of the originals, but driven without fear. In fact, on the way home, we skidded on wet leaves and I thought we’d next be in the ditch. Fortunately, the owner just scared the $hit out of me!
