@@vvundertone it really is. My wife and I made this goofy tribute of the intro song a couple years back during the pandemic: ua-cam.com/video/WqnyVZPdRD0/v-deo.htmlsi=rEwCBHAJMpI_3jJa
I just freacking love it.. in the first loop at some point I forgot that I had any problemes in my life, i was not even sure that I exist, it is an experience and I loved it
The cracke of the dirty potentiometers actually added some awesome vibes. This style of solo guitar playing is awesome to see because it is so different from mine. Refreshing.
Glad you liked it! Been trying to learn more about playing lately. I feel like inevitability I always hit some kinda of plateau and need to search more.
TY! It is a 1969 Teisco S-2, supposedly made only for the Japanese market. They say its a little rare but I see them pop up here and there. The neck feels amazing, pickups sound great and that headstock is just absurd haha.
maybe I should of said "cheat-code" I just mean that they sound so good you don't have to try hard like when recording direct and applying 5+ plugins to try and get some "flavor"
@@vvundertone I also like the idea of an amp being an instrument and learning how to "play it" to be versatile rather than scrolling through presets and such.
Neither rosewood nor maple have any effect on the tone. It's all in the strings (gauge, material, flat/round) and the pickups... the rest is myths guitarists and saddly luthiers believe, proven BS
I really enjoyed your playing 🙂 Would love to see some more guitar content from you
1:23 it makes me so happy to find that you are also a King of the Hill fan! 🙌
Such a good TV show haha. LEGENDARY

Don't take this as insulting, this is supposed to be a compliment, you look straight out of The Doors, like 1967 - 1968 Doors.
My favorite era. Quite a compliment. TY
But why are tube amps cheating... i don't quite understand

@@vvundertone but its cheap via plugins, i get amazing tone with these modern vintage plugins,,, and very very very low latency like 5 ms
Very cool man
appreciate you!

I get what you're saying, and I agree in principal, but maple fretboards are slippy AF, and the unintentional bends definitely affect my tone.
Heck yeah
No excuse for injuring yourself. Ever. Stretch before you play or practice. If it hurts- STOP!- and go back at least one step.
