Next to your 6 chemistry glasses that you have filled for the tasting, there is a bottle of water unlabeled. What kind of water do you mix to bring down the proof at the distillery for these tastings? What water do you recommend having at my house to mix with my favorite Bourbons?
The plastic bottle is branded buffalo trace and the glass isn’t a commercial bottle id be willing to bet there using branch water (water from the river the distillery pulls from to make the whiskey) instead of a random brand
