Howdy Sean 🤠 Miss seeing you on FabRATS, but happy to know you're following your dream... Paul and Michelle will always be your family .... sometimes you just need to go down a different path that's right for you. We appreciate you taking us along for the ride...🐎 Sending prayers and best wishes for your future success ✝️✝️✝️❤️❤️❤️✝️✝️✝️
Sean you did the right thing in going back home. I’m probably about the same age as your dad and I think just a couple of years younger than Grandpa Sherm. Spend as much time as you can with your dad because when he passes and we all will, there is going to be a huge hole left in your life. I know for me and I’m sure it’s the same for Paul and most sons, there are times you aren’t sure about something and you wish pop was around to ask. You made the right decision and I’m sure you will succeed wherever life takes you.
Paul you an your family are great I love watching your channel and lt shows how much you care we will miss Sean on your channel but we can see him on his an sometimes on yours so the best of two worlds
When Paul and Michelle announced Ben was leaving and a new guy was coming i was gutted as i took to Ben as i found him such a fun guy to watch. When Sean arrived i thought this isn't the same as when Ben was here. After 3 episodes i was hooked again. Sean you were awesome at Fabrats. You and Hunter made me laugh all the time you pair clicked and kept us all amused concomitantly. Now we have all gained another awesome channel to follow and i wish you and your family great success in 89 built as you deserve it.
My Dad was an automotive engineer for Texron in plastics/injection molding. His company moved him from Michigan to Georgia back in 96, he became disabled in 01 so I moved to Georgia to help take care of him. He passed in 2010.... I can promise you this, You will NEVER have one ounce of regret for giving up your time to be with him. Some of the best memories I'll ever have.
Sean, thanks for sharing your background. The more folks from your area of Utah, that I meet via UA-cam the more impressed I am. Seems to be a lot of good people raising their families right. I hope that the young people realize just how lucky they are. Obviously you do. Good job! I am proud to be here on the ground floor to watch the channel take off for the stars.
Sean you're what we call "good people" your hard working , Humble, and have a Heart.. as long as you continue to keep "Family First" on top of your list you'll do fine.. with whatever project you decide to share with Us as Viewers.. You didn't really Leave FabRats.. you are just doin your own life, but i can tell by what you've said If Paul was to call you in Trouble and needed Help you'd drop what your doin and be there to Help him or his family out of that bind, and i'm sure he would do the same for you.. Thats what Good people do.. i'm glad I came over to support your channel, hope it helps you prosper. still a fabRat supporter but I can watch two channels .. well actually several more but you get the idea.. Thanks for sharing a little background with us..
Just 2 😂 I have several that I watch but Sean is at the top of that list that i watch when he drops one! Keep plugging along and we'll all keep watching!
Name of channel doesn't matter, it is your content I enjoy. Thanks to you Sean, your family and your honesty. Always good to see you include your Dad, kids and others. Farming, fixing and building. Keep up the good work.
Don’t often comment on the Chanel’s I watch but it’s refreshing to hear honesty and integrity! Look forward to seeing you hit a million sooner than later
Must be something in the rocks in that part of the world which makes good can-do people come to life on UA-cam. That time when you and Hunter were with FabRats was amongst their best as Paul's kids were growing into it nicely. So here's hoping your channel is going to work well too. Your back story was very nicely done btw.
Sean, great story telling, you’re a natural talent. We met you (virtually) at FabRats and became a favorite as with many of the folks there. No need to change anything and improving as you see fit. The variety of content in my opinion is what gets you new subscribers. You’re a good man and it comes across our screens every time we tune in. Thanks for sharing, we’ll be watching. Lou from SE Florida 👍🇺🇸
I met you at Paul’s a year ago September. Paul was very busy with a driveshaft just before that car show. You were very outgoing and friendly - it made a real impression on me. For this video, you are a natural story teller that is an important part of these videos. Don’t be afraid to film what you say you will. I am sure you’ve watched Laura Farms - just every day stuff. Wishing you all the best. I drove through 89 today and stopped to look at the Zion Zen bridge. Nice!
Thank you for sharing your life with us. We loved watching you grow on Fab Rats. We saw you go from a shy guy to a confident guy in a year. That’s great growth. Paul and Michelle seem like wonderful people and I’m sure they were great help in showing you the “ropes” of You Tube. I like that each of your videos are different. It gets boring watching the same thing every week. Keep doing what you’re doing. 😊
I'll always support you, like I do with Ben, Tom Tom, Colt (Bleeping Jeep), and Jefe (from Matt's channel) etc. Always enough room in my subscription list for people I like.
Sean, your family is contagious!! I started watching Fab Rats at the yellow boat recovery and was hooked ever since!! Watched Ben leave and started watching his family’s channel and now watching you leave and watching your channel!!! I love each channel for so many reasons!! I’m a family guy, so it hits home with me!! Great 👍🏻 job and looking forward to future content!!
Thanks Sean. I like your style. I hope you can be a good father to your family. I think it's great you working with your Dad. All the best on the UA-cam journey.
Always been a fan. You were a great addition to the FabRats channel. Congrats and good luck on this new chapter of your life. You keep filming and I'll keep watching. God bless you and yours from an old retired Military dude in TX! Aaron
Glad I found you after you left Fab Rats. I have much respect for you and this made me know you’re the kind of man I want to watch. There is nothing that is more critical than a dad who loves being a dad and understands how important that role is. God bless you Sean
I've been told by my children that I would be a hit on UA-cam if just told the stories of my youth. I'd always been afraid of becoming a meme plus I don't understand computers, smartphones or least of all any form of mobile camera. I'll be 57 this month I've come down with Alfa Gal Syndrome which is a tick born disease and that has lead to Bradycardia which is a extremely low heart rate. I always thought I had time but that's not true anymore. But I'm good with it. Dying is as much part of life as being born. I said all this to say, Thank You!!!! A good ole boy can make it doing his own thing. My dream is to go to the offroad games while I still cam and spend as long as it takes to come by everyones shops and buy some merchandise and get a picture. I get to live through your adventures building bridges to my future. God Bless!!!!
Sean I really appreciate your example as a man, as a father and as a employee. Your humble spirit in facing all of life's challenges is one of the reasons I watch your channel. You are such a positive influence with anyone around you. Your words are encouraging to everyone blessed to be in your presence😊 Maybe someday I could come hang out with you and help you with your chores and blessings.?🎉
I think both you and Ben have done a wonderful thing wanting to be with your families. Its cool seeing all the new videos you all put out. Families build America! Thanks Sean!
awesome, love the cowboy stuff, love being with family. Lost my dad 12 years ago and I treasure all the time I had with him.. Hope you hit a million of us supporters soon.. Thank you.
Now I'm thinking that one of the reasons I travelled up and down Hwy 89 so many times over the years is because of the good vibes all y'all who live on that route are giving off. Wish I'd have known you back in my travelling days, but they started before you were even a twinkle in your dad's eye. Love your channel !! And your attitude!!!
"Odd things happen to all of us on our way through life without our noticing for a time that they have happened". "Second star to the right and straight on 'til morning"; and you should find Neverland. Both quotes from Peter Pan. We should all have a Paul & Michelle in our life. I enjoyed your contribution to FabRats and look forward to your next Season of life. I hope for you SUCCESS and that you will 'Fare Well' my friend.
I hope everything works out for you. I enjoyed seeing you on Fabrats. I'll keep up with your channel and hope it everything works out for you and your family. Family definitely makes you realize what's important.
Sean awesome commentary on the real reason you left Fab Rats you will be missed by Paul's family, and it will change things for Fab Rats and also Hunter left about the same time this is true life and how it unfolds for the good and the unseen things that life throws in front of us When Ben left as well another change happened but life is all about changes and what is important for us to prosper and have a full life Thank you for your talents and teaching the younger generation what's important to the bitter end .
You are a Great Guy, Thank God Dad Recovered to the extent he has, I as well had Covid fairly badly Over the holidays, I as well have not fully recovered. I now walk with a walker & consulted with a neurosurgeon Friday I suffer a compromised immune system and my nervous system is screwed. I am thankful recovered as much as I have at least I was able to fly the drone with the grandkids today in the front yard. To Me that’s Priceless. I’m in With You & Pop Whichever and Every Direction You go
I forgot where you went and stumbled across 89 build in my favorites. I placed your utube site in my favorites back when Paul said you were starting, I forgot 🤪. So glad I found you again. Keep it going and I’ll support you every way I can. You’ve got a good heart.
"Ben is one of those guys" is the way I feel it would be to work/be around him in person. I believe this is the most you've ever talked. Glad to hear this journey of yours. Glad to be with you along this ride, Sean
Your best atribute, to me, is your realness and unique perspectives. Thanks for letting us into your head. That video was very important to me. It helps me get into your channel and support your efforts. Thanks, Brad.
You are an honest human being. You can't ask for much more than that. I wouldn't have followed your UA-cam Channel if I didn't like what I saw in you. I understand your comments on Covid-19. I've had the bastard 3 times. Twice in 2022 and again in August 2024. I live with Chronic Myelogenous Leukaemia / CML. I am a public transport bus driver since 1997. Still driving even though its slightly more challenging. That,s life. You get on with it till you can't.
Sean...You're a genuinely good guy. I'm 76 years old and most times your generation disappoints me. I've watched you on Fab Rats. I was sorry to see you go, but intend to stay with you on your channel. Your humble, sincere demeaner make my day.
Thanks for taking the time to spend with us, telling everyone about yourself. You're doing good! And yes, life is very short. My Dad would say, "Enjoy everyday and do the best you can because life passes by like a flash." Good Luck!
Sean that talk was truly fantastic. Many politicians should take notice, you never stopped !! Not many people can do that. Thanks for sharing, greetings from Australia
I've listened to every heart felt word and I'm moved. Some may say your lucky, I believe you're brave, because fortune favours the brave. Thankyou for sharing your story and I'm here for the long game. All the best my friend. Martin in England 🏴
Sean, Thank you for taking us along on your day to day life. The fun for a lot of us is your creativity and imagination in what you do. God Bless you and your family.
Sean I’m definitely glad that you are doing what you have been dreaming about over the years!!! It was definitely a good thing that you started helping Paul and his wife out so that you could figure out what you had to do for all the filming and for all the viewers to see you in his video because when you started your own channel it has definitely grown very quickly for sure!! I was definitely one of your very first subscribers for sure and now you are over 45k subscribers!!! Just remember to keep up all the hard work and your subscribers will definitely keep growing for sure!!! Awesome video to see for sure!!! Maybe you and Paul can do a collaboration together sometime down the road!! That would definitely be nice to see for sure also!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed your message. You sound like a younger me. I really wish you the best and hope you succeed. I know that I'll do my best to support you. Keep it up with the honest way you come across. It's your "super power "!
What a history lesson you gave, and it seems you found your path to your future. I'm impressed with the honesty and the turns your life has taken over the years. Keep up the good works you do Sean, and I'll keep watching. Being a self-employed yard guy for the last 35 years I know what it's like taking that first step of going out on your own, and you are doing great. Keep those videos coming and I'll keep watching, as you make this 67 year old guy feel young again.
I have always loved and enjoyed watching you back in the day and I am so proud of your accomplishments. Keep up the great work. God bless you and your family. 🙏🏻💜🙏🏻💜🙏🏻💜
SHAUN, What a Great way to Remember your life with your Work and and Family and of course Your FABRATS FAMILY 👪, I've been trying to keep up On all the Great Videos This Testiment is Heart Felt And from the Bones, Thanx for Sharing your Great experience and Life Outstanding Content Keep up the Great Work and Videos You Didn't Quit FABRATS You Learned how to do things that you are Helping others to do And build confidence Thanx Again John Perun
"I'm just not going to tell ya so you don't know who to ask" .... Best line ever. You know it sounds like you have lived at least 3 lives all ready. All of the personal growth, family life, etc... and now the next adventure is in front of you. You are a natural in front of the camera and on the mic. Make the best of it. It's not like you can't do any collaboration with others. 89 Built is gonna make a name for it self..
Thanks for this update, i knew you had left "Fab Rats" and Paul had commented You were going to help with Your Family and get your shop going also! Bless you and continue doing what works for you! Will you show us some of your ranching also? Sean, you are a very talented fabricator. I wondered how your channel name came around.
Sean I give you a standing ovation. You brother are one of the most humble people I know. In many ways UA-cam is about storytelling. And you my friend, have a lifetime of stories to tell.
What a real heartfelt explanation of what’s been happening in your life, was disappointed when a heard you were leaving fab rats, but now with your own channel, am getting both 89 built an fab rats great !!! All the best Sean to you and your family ❤️💪👍
Family is everything. Thank you for the diversions you post. I have needed diversions in my life as one of many people that had life changes. Covid changed everything. A work injury required another spinal fusion for me in 2020. I never knew then how grateful I'd be to have more titanium added to my low back. My wife and I spent every day together until covid pneumonia took her 10/3/2021. We were together 40 years. I lost my oldest brother exactly a week before my wife form the same thing. Life, miles and work separated my brother from me for many years. We reconnected around 2017 and had a few adventures together before he passed. A quiet empty house can require distractions and diversions. I have a lot in common with the "car community", so until I'm healed up from a shoulder at this time, here I am. I do have a YT channel, but it's pretty lame compared to the hard-working guys and girls I watch create content. My firewood bucksaw is about the only "cool" thing on it. Thanks again for the content Mr 89 Built!
Sean, there is an old saying "It takes a village to raise a child." That "village" raised you up to be the good person you are today. We all have different stages in our lives and each one prepares us for the next stage. I miss seeing you on Fabrats but am glad you have started you own channel. Keep up the good work!
You will never regret spending time with your Dad, and awesome you helped Paul finish up some of his projects....I'd like to think you would be available sometime to help Paul out if he gets in a crunch and that he'd love to have you work with him again on a part time basis if things on the farm with your Dad slow down and you are in need of some work ever again...I hope the door will always be open for both of you. Doing projects together every now and then could really give your channel huge boosts in subscribers.
Thanks for this video. When I first saw 89 Built channel, was not sure you were the same Sean on Fab's channel. Thanks again for this clarification vid.. Certainly was a unique era during your younger years. Sounds like you have a very understanding wife. (A real treasure). This channel is such a treat... I follow two other family-farm operation folks, you might have seen their channels also. Heavy into corn growing.
Growing up on 89 on the north end of the state, this hits home a lot. You’re a stud Sean. I’ll continue to support you brother! Keep making cool stuff.
Got a couple comments: When you were working for Paul and Michelle, I commented that you were one of my favorites, at the time listing your loyalty.... let me break it down.... nobody's ideas hit "home" 100% of the time, and nobody could blame anybody for not at least smiling or rolling their eyes....... nothin' ...... nothing but support/hard work and a great explanation about everything you did to the camera/us..... DO NOT LOSE THE JOY you showed then... it's what makes us love ya ! .... This video is perfect in order fer us bondheads to connect the dots .... loyal follower here in Idaho.... Jon O.
We love ya, Sean! It was a pleasure having you at Fab Rats!
Love you guys back thanks for everything!!
Howdy Sean 🤠
Miss seeing you on FabRATS, but happy to know you're following your dream...
Paul and Michelle will always be your family ....
sometimes you just need to go down a different path that's right for you.
We appreciate you taking us along for the ride...🐎
Sending prayers and best wishes for your future success

Sean you did the right thing in going back home. I’m probably about the same age as your dad and I think just a couple of years younger than Grandpa Sherm. Probably one of the most humble, wholesome and whole hearted people I have ever seen!
Very true. Also one of many - I think it's safe to say most - people in this Valley community with those same qualities.
Yes, very humble with a heart !!!
Miss seeing you on FabRats but will support you in the channel.

Sean...You're a genuinely good guy. I'm 76 years old and most times your generation disappoints me. I've watched you on Fab Rats. I was sorry to see you go, but intend to stay with you on your channel. Your humble, sincere demeaner make my day.
Hey, thanks
Thanks for taking the time to spend with us, telling everyone about yourself. You're doing good!
And yes, life is very short. My Dad would say, "Enjoy everyday and do the best you can because life passes by like a flash."
Good Luck!
So true!
Great video. Love the channel. Real life. I like that.
Sean that talk was truly fantastic. Many politicians should take notice, you never stopped !! Not many people can do that. Thanks for sharing, greetings from Australia
I wish you well, Sean! Knowing how strongly you believe in God and family is heart warming.
And because of that, you have another subscriber!
I've listened to every heart felt word and I'm moved. Some may say your lucky, I believe you're brave, because fortune favours the brave. Thankyou for sharing your story and I'm here for the long game. All the best my friend. Martin in England 🏴
Thanks
Awesome background stories!! YOU make the channel buddy! Keep it up!
I thoroughly enjoyed your message. You sound like a younger me. I really wish you the best and hope you succeed. I know that I'll do my best to support you. Keep it up with the honest way you come across. It's your "super power "!
Thanks
What a history lesson you gave, and it seems you found your path to your future. I'm impressed with the honesty and the turns your life has taken over the years. Keep up the good works you do Sean, and I'll keep watching. Being a self-employed yard guy for the last 35 years I know what it's like taking that first step of going out on your own, and you are doing great. Keep those videos coming and I'll keep watching, as you make this 67 year old guy feel young again.

89 Built is making a difference, its the heart of America. Thank you
Thanks Sean for sharing your story, miss you on fabrats. But understand your priorities and looking forward to seeing your new chapter.
Good job Sean, you and your family are awesome. Thanks for sharing insight into your life and your passion. God bless
Great to hear your story. Best wishes for the future, I look forward to following your journey. From the UK.
Very inspiring, good luck, God Bless, and great choice on a channel name, it shows up 1st on my list. Lol
You all are so real! All of you are so awesome!!!!! Just want to say thanks for sharing and keep doing and being you you all rock!!!.....
Thanks for sharing Bro. Keep up the good work
What a real heartfelt explanation of what’s been happening in your life, was disappointed when a heard you were leaving fab rats, but now with your own channel, am getting both 89 built an fab rats great !!!
Thanks for the info Sean. I liked how you contributed to Paul's channel and have been enjoying your "down to earth" channel. Keep up the great work!
Thanks
Bro most ppl wouldn’t sit down and be so raw and honest. I’m from ND just shows what kind of person you are. Only good things you and your family
I appreciate that
So great seeing from you and looking forward to years of new content!!! Btw need to see you at King of the hammers !
Maybe one day!
Thanks for telling us your story it was very interesting
Subscribed cant wait to see your episodes, welcome to the next chapter we'll be watching ! 😊
Cool, thanks
@@89Built Welcome.
Growing up on 89 on the north end of the state, this hits home a lot. You’re a stud Sean. I’ll continue to support you brother! Keep making cool stuff.
Everyone needs those kinda people in their life!!
Look forward to more videos your a great guy . From all your friends in the UK 👍
Awesome thank you!
Jon O.
Just keep being yourself, Sean! You come across as an honest, hard working, straight forward, guy! Love to watch you and will support you! God bless!!
Good video ! Your down to earth videos and real life contemt will be refreshing to view!!!
Awesome! Thank you!
I'm in! You're a good dude, do good work and put family first. You meet all of the criteria for success with those 3 qualities!!!
Thanks! Will do!
Great story...thanks for sharing
