Food for thought. When ever I'm doing a wheel tub, and I don't have the time I go to Traktor supply and the sell a really cheep wheel well for a trailer that u can modify to ur liking... great video..
When Building from just nothing Trial and Error is a Big Part of it. Really Taking Shape and Looking good Courtney Hey and What this Guy said about TSW I wanna see it in a future Build that will Be Kool Or Hey maybe on the Front Fenders huh ?
I have the cheaper manual bead roller. Having a bead roll works, try it on two similar scrap pieces. You will be surprised how much stronger they can become. That bit over the axle will probably tin can after welding.
Not really worried about the bit over the axle bc it’ll have a fuel cell bolted to it and a battery bolted to it with all the cross supports under it. I bet you’re right though but it’ll never be seen really. All of that will be hidden in the end
@@ThePaintPaperHustle I would just do it like a lot of the floors. Two bead rolls in the middle of the panel. unless it’s a large panel then three. For the panel under the window one that follows the panel all the way around about 4-6” in from edge then one in the middle of it if your doing two cut outs.

That’s a killer idea! And I literally have one at the end of my road lol.
Knowledge and the way to use tools are priceless
English wheel could be a nice piece for this build
Yea I know I’ll have to use the English wheel to shape the fender repair panels
Bead roller is something I have never tried can’t wait to see how it goes
Man you’d love it!
Don’t forget about the converter it’s as important as matching the cam with the turbos
Yea convertor is factory stock Alison duramax at moment. We gonna try that out and see how it works first

You’re 100% right buddy. And yea idk what ima do with front wheel wells yet
Garage Fab channel.has a really good video on using a pneumatic ram run by air to operate the shrinker/stretcher. Sure saves your energy.
Yea remember though I have a very small compressor at home
Cool 😎 !

Any recommendations on cutting down the amount it does that though?

How about putting the clip of you building the bead roller in the next video? #wtfni 😂 (who the f needs instructions)
Next video is actually about the bead roller itself
