This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Those lifting twist things are more savage than he makes them look. If you use a heavy enought band they can be brutal

Fit gent. Great I structor videos. Before I've always put at the gym. But in the last year that has been impossible for me and I have gained 45lbd. When I do a crunch, I have difficulty lifting my shoulders fully off the floor. Do I just persevere and eventually I'll be able to do it? 💪

Kindly make a home workout plan with resistance tube with no attaching like from Monday to Saturday
Make a detailed video telling exercises for Monday then pause then Tuesday then pause and so to Saturday so that we can do the exercises day by day kindly tell all exercises with no attaching.
Please also tell the warmup needed daily before workout.
It will be really helpful for everyone.
