dude everyone apart of bungle is sick. incredible talent. thank god mike got fame with FNM otherwise bungle would have probably never got as popular as they are.
Saw them on this tour in New Orleans tripping my brains out. Mike went to a very dark place at that show. Was singling out audience members and humiliating them and even swung the mic like a mace at one guy seriously trying to hit him. I walked out of there feeling like every emotion you can think of. It was like a bomb went off and we were all shell shocked. My friend bought a shirt and promptly got it ripped in half in the pit. It hung on his wall for years after that. Incredible night. I'll never forget it. I'll always love this band.
@@Eliel20117 No idea. The first thing I heard was Mike saying "where is the MFer in the Nine Inch nails shirt?? Where is he??" like really trying to find this one kid. Then later he saw him and he's was really angry like "There you are! No one's thrown you out of here yet, MFer??" and he tried to swing the mic and hit the guy with it. It was wild.
i love mike patton and mr bungle but it seems like theres some sort of mike patton cult. it seems everybody gives patton all the credit when the whole band deserves it because they all play a very important part..... and TREVOR DUNN IS THE BEST BASSIST EVEEEEEEEERR!!!!!!!!
If you guys like these covers - you should hear Mike's medley of Mariah Carey "Vision of Love" and Journey's "Lights (City by the Bay)"; from 1991 Bungle shows as well. I was in the music dept @ Humboldt with Trev, Trey, Bahr, Theo. Miss those days!
godammit i have watched this video about 50 times now, it's perfect. Incidentally did anyone know that 'gimp' was not used to refer to bondage masks until after the character in Pulp Fiction? So where did THEY get the word from? does Mike know?
Great Stuff! I remember seeing these guys about ten years ago at a club in Providence opening for System Of A Down and some other bands. And the look on some of the rock dudes faces! Hah! What the fuck is this shit? Right over their heads. Didn't get it and didn't want to! Too funny! Mike's too talented, it's not fair!
INVISIGOTH If you like this check out Mike Pattons other bands Tomahawk and Fantomas.. Peeping Tom is a good one also.. If you want something really weird.. look up The Residents.. (Non Mike Patton related)

funny thing is, he got into fnm because of mr bungle
No one says anything about Bungle's horn section. Bar and Theo are amazing players and a tight horn section.
Yeah I bet they have a tight horn lol
