i’m a trans guy with a big love for bikers, esp since my grandfather, uncle, and cousin all ride! 🤘it makes me so happy seeing the environment you’ve both made, i just want to tell you that it does so much for acceptance 💕 ride safe !
I remember that Noah wasn’t for me when I checked out his channel a few years back as I may be a bit too old for his style but he is one chill dude in a conversation and definitely looks the part for bike talk.
Great video! I’ve been a fan of Noah for a while and this conversation between yall was great. I’ve been making videos of my own for a bit and recently fell into a bit of a slump in my creative process but hearing you both talk about your creative process and inspirations made me feel really inspired too. Subscribed and looking forward to more!
I had the exact opposite experience with Football in middle and early high school - I was super small until my senior year, but I was fast and aggressive. I got my bell rung SO many times, I didn't play my freshman year of HS bc I thought I genuinely hated the sport. Then I grew and all of a suddne it was fun and I got a handful of offers form some MIAC schools in MN Additionally, started at both Corner and X Receiver. Also, played football my freshman year of college, but stopped after that to focus on just track. I did both freshman year
This is awesome, I remember YT suggesting a squidtips video for me about the time I was watching Noah’s 2 motorcycle vids and thinking this guy actually seems pretty chill
So, the main problem I and most other people have with motorcycles is that they’re really, REALLY loud and annoying. Even with super large and wide roads with lots of cars, you can DEFINITELY, CLEARLY hear the super loud noise of the motorcycle engine (I live in Europe, and we don’t have as much gigantic roads, and if I’m just chilling at a coffee shop or walking, especially if I’m talking to someone, a super loud motorcycle just ruins everything). Now, I’m really glad that y’all are supporting us in fighting cars, but motorcycles are usually just as bad
Motorcycle riders aren’t uniquely prone to installing aftermarket exhaust compared to car enthusiast, so it could just be a perception built from the traffic mix in your area. Where I live in Seattle, when I hear a loud vehicle it’s about 80% cars, but that could be because there are less people choosing motorcycles because of our weather patterns or other factors.
@@SquidTips Well, the average motorcycle is probably louder than the average car. Most of the noise from cars (that are driving above like 30 km/h) comes from the tyres on the pavement. While with motorcycles there's that, and also the engine is REALLY loud. I'm not an expert in motorcycle engineering, but if I gotta stop my conversation for 15 seconds because 1 person is riding a motorcycle, I don't think it's the best transportation. I'm of course in no way advocating for cars, and I think the best solution would just be to build pedestrian/cycling infrastructure and public transport. Also mopeds/scooters are pretty neat
My problem is that it feels like what people are comparing are specific types of motorcycles that are ridden by enthusiasts, which are more likely to be modified in some way that makes them louder than a stock bike off the line. When I'm riding through traffic I am always passing other motorcycles, and those motorcycles are bone stock. If we define the 'Average motorcycle' as stock, and the 'Average car' as stock, then motorcycles, with their much smaller engines and emissions-compatible mufflers are objectively quieter.
I dont ride bikes but when I used to drive I liked it when bikes would split lanes with me. Its something a bit different and kinda fun, would try to move aside and give a little thumbs up. It just is better for everybody, drivers less scared to rear end the bikers, bikers can go through safer, passengers in the cars get to look at the cool bikes up close. Win win all around
Wild, I JUST stumbled upon that video of the detective elsewhere, didnt know it was you. Detective shouldve been fired, gun drawn is already crazy but pointing it at you the entire time is WILD.
@squidtips Use voice memos or another recorder app to record your thoughts in the flow, even in convos! Also, consider hiring an editor, maybe a content advisor depending on your goals :)
Oh my god! A progressive motorcycle channel?! And Noah Samsen is a two-wheel brother??!! UA-cam really got this recommendation correct or I’m hallucinating?!?!
Even being in the same room doesn’t allow for the escape from split screen. Gold.
This collab was so incredibly unexpected I feel like I’m hallucinating wtf but at the same time wow this is amazing
It’s like the best kind of fever dream
Glad im not the only one who thought this kinda came outta the blue, you love to see it tho
It's the best thing ever
Wild to see Noah here. I didn’t know he rides!
Wait till I got clips of him with my GoPro to throw in

I'm so hyped right now because A) this collab, and B) the Transistor soundtrack, omg I love it so much 😭
I love that SuperGiant games doesn't' care about using their music in videos, on top of making amazing games, really cool studio
This is awesome, I remember YT suggesting a squidtips video for me about the time I was watching Noah’s 2 motorcycle vids and thinking this guy actually seems pretty chill

Would be dope to have a podcast recorded while riding in a group
You should make a video about your cybersecurity job
If I did, what should I talk about?
Being a rider from california now living in washington the lack of lane splitting legality drives me nuts
they can't stop you, you are ungovernable
