    ♡虾仁炒饭♡Shrimps Fried Rice♡
    详细做法:
    1。准备100克长豆切粒,100克红萝卜切丁和100克新鲜玉米粒。把这些材料都先焯过水备用。
    2。再准备2到3瓣葱蒜,葱头切片,蒜头剁末。热锅下适量的油,把葱蒜末炒至金黄色,盛出备用。
    3。用炒香葱蒜的油,再加入100克虾仁,炒至断生。然后加入350克冷饭,翻炒均匀。
    4。把饭和虾推去热锅的一边,火候调小。然后倒入大约一茶匙的芝麻油,过后打入两粒鸡蛋。鸡蛋烧至半熟时,调回火候把鸡蛋和饭炒均匀。
    5。然后加入长豆粒,红萝卜丁和玉米粒,盐和糖还有胡椒粉。炒拌均匀。
    6。最后再用1一勺蚝油一勺生抽调味,然后加入炒香的葱蒜末。
    7。如果觉得饭太干的话可以洒下少许的水,过后就可以出锅了。
    备注: 所有材料的份量只共参考,朋友们可以依照个人的口味做调整。

    1. Prepare 100 grams of long beans and 100 grams of carrots, both chopped, and 100 grams of fresh corn kernels. Blanch all these materials for later use.

    4. Push the rice and shrimp to the side and turn the heat down. Then pour in about a teaspoon of sesame oil, then beat in two eggs. When the eggs are half-cooked, turn the heat back and fry the eggs and rice, combine it evenly.
    5. Then add long beans, carrots and corn kernels, salt and sugar, and pepper. Stir-fry and mix evenly.
    6. Finally, season with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and then put in fried shallots and garlic.
    7. If you think the rice is too dry, you can sprinkle a little water on it, and it can be out of the pot later, done.
    Remarks: The amount of all ingredients are for reference only, friends can make adjustments according to suit your personal tastes.
