Most fav abs workout entire UA-cam thanks for making this quick and effective workout plus those Vups and Windmill are monster to me 😅😅 but i done it this 30 days challenge although i used to take some rest day during this challenge which is a set back to me but still i feel amazing at the end of this journey thanks again❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 i try in the next challenge do these workout at the same day as upload 😅😅😅😅

Day 11 (full body Toning) was no doubt my favourite workout of this 30 days challenge, I loved loved loved it.
My second favourite workout would have to be Day 8(legs+booty), i really enjoyed that one too.

@@osjosipajurjastrossmayera2010 yes! Massive results. I started to notice my chest, shoulders, and arms. They are a lot more toned.
And my curves too, I mean I have big African curves, but they are now looking maintained and more firm.

Great workout-only suggestion is voiceover would’ve been good since there were no breaks in this workout! Kept having to rewind ten seconds since I kept having to check my phone on what we were doing next while the time was running
That wasn't hard for me as I do Pamela Reifs R.I.P workout everyday. But it wasn't bad too. Thank you for the workout .😊😊
