2 months ago they did the same here with the spray lines and flags since they are about to build across the street. Week later I scalped lol, sorry spray lines! I kept the flags for another week then tossed em.

mannn this a stand up comedy routine lol as a new construction homeowner myself, I'm the common bermuda guy cut at 1 inch.. My neighbor has tiff419 cut at amazon rain forest heights.. if he only knew what i'd do to switch sods!

Just remember it could be worst like my lawn. 3 seperate times driving into it with bobcat, or semi trailer, or a super duty truck. Which honestly will prob happen to you when they grade that house on both sides
That is insane!! Track cement on the lawn and side walk with the foot prints. Throw your sod like a sack of potatoes over to the other side. Hope you get justice and get your area fixed when they are done. AND not with their common Bermuda.
I feel your pain but they have an public utility easement. You might be able to complain and maybe they will fix it. Complain to the builder who is building the house. Good luck.
