I’m very lucky on this part, I have a romanian grandmother, a polish grandfather, a luxembourgish grandmother and a british grandfather (they all have atleast 1 polish parent besides my romanian grandma), thanks to that, i have 5 passports! (israel, poland, romania, luxembourg and the uk)
also, my family is thinking to relocate to canada so we might see a Canadian passport after some time too

I would recommend coming to Europe as a student for instance in Finland and pay only 10-20k tuition and get citizenship in 4 years after arrival.

Since you talked about Malta, you can become a missionary for the Knights of Malta (a medieval knights order) and gain a passport from them. They function like a country but don't have any land. They are recognized by most EU member-states and have embassies in a lot of contries.

My family is native Bulgarian. My mother obtained a French passport, and while the law requires declaring all other citizenships...the female clerks always declined and said it is not needed. I guess a foreigner can easily have a few passport without the government knowing...

Which countries in Europe offer Citizenship by Investment that are not Residents, Permanent Residents or Golden visa?
Malta is too expensive, Portugal looks good for living, Bulgaria looks good for taxes, but I guess my choice would be Portugal. However, I know I would have to do some tax planning.

Im Angolan Canadian. Born in Angola and I live in Canada. I currently have both passports. Now the thing is, my late grandfather, my dad's father was Portuguese, my father never applied for his Portuguese citizen. My question is, will the 5 years waiting period be applied to me and do I have to stay withing the area?
If your grandfather is Portuguese, you can apply for citizen by descendent, and it would cost you nothing. Just fill out paperwork and wait 18 months.
Guess I am lucky, my dad was born in Ireland so my Irish/EU citizenship/passport by decent cost about $100.

The cheaper way is to check if you have a grandpa or gramdma from a EU countries and apply for an EU citizenship.

Schengen residence permit does not allow you to live in other Schengen area countries. In general, you can stay up to 90 days in any 180 period in Schengen area countries other than the country that issued the residence permit.

Because United States is the only country in the world that charges you taxes based in your US citizenship not where you live which leads to double taxation if you live abroad

First off none of those I would choose at all, while Portugal does list in top 5 world passports other nations have better access and tech. & culture such as Germany, Italy, etc. which have full E.U. access take longer "if" you don't qualify under heritage status but also cost far less money they do require learning the language etc..
Since I have Swabian ancestry I could get heritage passport to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and/or Scandinavia "just" as fast as marrying a citizen there if I married a citizen even faster...and for less money~!

Very hard to get citizenship in Greece. You must live there for 7-years and be fluent in Greek.
But if you get Permanent Residence and remain a Permanent Resident for at least 5-years, then your children will be Greek citizens (if born there).

Portugal allows birthright jus solis citizenship for children of legal migrants. You buy a house here ( housing prices are going up so may even make so money out of it) you get golden visa the child is born in Portugal becomes portuguese.

Switzerland and the UK are not in the EU, and you can't live there with a EU passport/citizenship.
Swiss citizens can live in the EU/EEA.

But they are part of the trade and customs union so they have freedom of movement in EU countries.
I am a Brit and have lived in France for 6yrs, residency in an EU country DOES NOT give you the right to travel freely within the Schengen area!
Once a had a European citizen ship after that you don't need a 2nd passport. EU - Nationalist their's doesn't need a passport.
