My door keep opening automatically when closing the door. What could be the problem?

have you checked the following: 1. loosen the safety lever/unlock lever and then try open and close the door manually. if there is minimal resistance, then you have ascertained that the door is not stuck.
2. Check there is no obstruction on the downward cycle.
3. Are there safety beams? If yes, disable them and then check again.
4. Check the limit switch placement
5. Check the calibration cycles. I would manually perform the re calibration and see if it performs it.
