Would love to see a video about roommates like how to avoid disputes, choosing roommates or something like that if possible :)

I’m going over in august and haven’t found a place yet. But now that I’ve watched your video I’m wondering if I should stay in a hotel/sublet first and do in-person viewings when I’m there 😅😅 otherwise I feel like I would miss out a lot of things coming from another country and doing a viewing online or something 😐

    Hey,
Can you make a video about things to prepare for University. For example which books you need?

think it depends on which university.
but reddit is a good place to start. post a question on the uni's subreddit and (hopefully) you'll get an answer within 3 days.

well.. I'm coming to Rotterdam next month and haven't found a room for my budget yet.. so I'm literally in a place where I can also become a smoker if the landlord wants me to..

I completely get it! Finding a room in rotterdam is tough to say the least... I wish you all the best and I hope to make more content to help out everyone who is looking for a place to stay!

Im sorry, but is is not very helpfull. This are things you desire. But what about those who CANT rent anything, and are in warehouses sharing a room with a stranger and want to get out? We try to contact to rent rooms and they ask us for a lot of documentation and private info and then wont answer back. I think a video on HOW it happends, where to search for the room and how to get in contact and GET it, would be perfect. HUGZ!

okay, your videos are really great but why are the landlords so...cheap? Are things extremely expensive for Dutch residents?? Sorry if this is an ignorant question but I'm shocked about the level of tacky solutions you related.
