    Awesome! I like doing old school stuff with down loops to transition. However, I'm not great to my weak side(rt foot forward) how much did this help you? Seems like it would help alot. Thanks

      Hello Kevin, everyone has a stronger side. Most of my tricks are with my right foot forward. This set up mostly helped me with core strength and to dial in my rotations while I’m learning new tricks. This is how I got the front rolls. Practice the rotation on land and then just take this exercise to the water. Have fun and enjoy the wind!!!

    thank you for share your idea!!! did you use any trick on the bar? i mean to adjust on the pergola? or any tip !!!

      Hello there, I used a lag thread screw eye and a spring link. I attached the de-power assembly D-Ring at the end of the straps to the spring link and then used bungee cords to attach each side of the bar to the same spring link. I'll try to make a video of how I did it.
