wow.. Incredible! & beautiful. forget about English or French cookware with only 92.5 percent sterling silver which is silver combined with other alloy metals. this Turkish Masterpiece is all 999.9 PURE.. looks like the Turkish people don't kid around... much respect... 👍👍👍
english or french crap , let me tell you copper its better , no fancy like silver but also very expensive , old french copper pan (gaillard especialy and jacquotot was the best 4mm thick of copper) learn something
@@le_cuivre_francais7638 No it's not, silver is more conductive than copper and it does not require plating. It also retains intrinsic metal value. There is no way in the world copper is better, you obviously never tried cooking in silver.
@@firearmsstudent well there are no hotspots first of all, so that works quite well, and there is another comment under which I explained how it is “naturally non-stick”. There is also the last video of this very channel that shows how to make any Soy product totally non-stick, have a look at it. And yes, of course copper has intrinsic value but the pure “metal” value of any copper pan on retail pricing compared to a solid silver one, if sold for scrap, by % is way less. You’d be lucky if you got 10% of the value of your cookware in copper.
you guys are amazing. ive never seen such an amazing pan in my entire life, being silver it must conduct heat sooooo well. you guys are real craftsman. id love to buy a pan but i suspect i couldn't afford it haha
gorgeous!!!! too good to use!!! When this damn Covid ends, I'll definitely visit your workshop. Watched "The Protector" on Netflix and dying to visit Istanbul!!!! I'd buy some pans, spray with copper spray paint to get through...and back to USA. One for each grand nephew/niece.
The US does not charge cutoms fees when compared to other places. Please be sure to order in advance as production takes time! And do NOT spray these beautiful pans with anything! :)
No, a generic rule for induction is: if you can stick a magnet on it then it works with induction cooktops Alternative answer: No silver is not ferromagnetic
You can buy or make an Iron cookie and just sit the pan on top of it, if you prefer you can even use some type of thermal grease between them, silver is an amazing conductor it will probably still be more efficient than fire directly over an aluminium pan.
30cm pan is $9222 from their website but considering that silver will increase in price over the years, it is an investment that you can use in the meantime.
@@ryanschmidt8468 yes as you point it out it's not chemically treated to be nonstick, however, solid silver has a quite high "natural non stick" ability due to the fact that it has no "hot spots".

Silver oxidate very easily it's just a matter of time for this beautiful silver pan to develop a dark toning/patina over time, pure silver oxidate even quicker than sterling silver. However I'm curious whether silver has nonstick ability when cooking
Kev S no, that is wrong. Pure Silver oxydizes way slower than Sterling silver and also resists things like salt and vapor really well. The only thing pure silver will get over time is a light dusty coat that is easily rubbed off.
@@2000eae Does not even really oxidize. I have had a little silver bullion for decades and I thought it might dross over like a silver dollar. Did not. . Silver alloys are for hardness, but at the cost of less chemical stability. The one thing that might get it is sulfur in the form of Silver sulfide . Come to think of it, if you want to make brandy, a silver still should work great as well as copper except for the capital cost that is. So onions, eggs and mustard might impact its luster. Leaving it out in the rain won't.

Better use of the metal rather than it being carried by humans in the form of ornaments.
Omg is this for king or queen used? I never knew this before.
very cool
Wonder if you produce products on private order? For example, do you make solid silver pot if one asks for it?
Yes the silver products are made to order. Feel free to look at shop.soy.com.tr for the models.
Great question id love a custom set.
As said above, feel free to shop in shop.soy.com.tr
