I wish you had showed the results of this mod with a demo of how it's cutting before and after the mod. But this muffler mod seems like a good cost saving option. Very good how to video. 😎👍
It's was so much fun I forgot to take a video while chopping wood this winter. I'll set up a video next time I cut with it but. I loved it thou and used it even when I normally would go up to the 60cc saw. You can do it 👍
@@YoucandoitwithJulesI use to have a Stihl Ms200t and I loved it. I can't afford the price of even a used 200t now, so I bought a clone version labeled the G111 with my fingers crossed that it will be a good saw and I won't have to buy a bunch of Stihl parts for it to run good. 🙄🤞 I can sure understand the feeling you are talking about. 😁 The MS200T and the Ms361 were my favorite saws and a blast to run. Thank you for the video. I'm guessing the muffler setup for the US might be a bit different. But the principle of what you did should be a good guide for me if I decide to go that same route. With other easy options available over here for a muffler mod, I imagine cost will determine which choice I make. Lol PS. Your reply was the best possible explanation for anyone who has owned a great saw empathize with. 😎👍
@@williamgrissom1995 Yes US exhaust is different but the principle is the same. Great saws and let us know how you get on with the G111. You can do it 👍
Finally someone modified the European version of this chainsaw. I‘ve been waiting for this for a long time. Do you already know if power has indeed increased or did it just make the saw louder?
Hi I've a video coming out. Yes a lot better. Pick up is also crazy fast. I'm moving house so time is sparse but I'll see what I can do to get it up. You can do it 👍
Nice, i'm also in the process of rebuilding a 200T and your exhaust mod looks interesting. Do you plan to release a result video any time soon? I'd be happy to see that! Thank you for sharing this 😉
Yes I'll have to edit it. Been cutting all winter with the MS and it's a beautiful saw loads of power to pull a 16 inch bar semi chisel in hard wood. You can do it 👍
Thanks for the feedback. Works a treat, been bucking 1m lengths with it as light yet powerful. Handles the 16" no problem. Really strong saw. I was using all day when i should of really moved up to the 357xp with 24" but enjoyed the MS. You'll love it. I'll make a video when Ive time. You can do it 👍

Great stuff. All that US mods dont apply to the europeans saws. I'm waiting to see your outcome in the next video.
