This video is not only brilliant but also is quite helpful to consider additional ways to add products / services to a company’s value ladder without selling unnecessary “new opportunities” to existing clients… I mean customers 😉
Thank you so much for this. I have been debating so long with what direction to steer my company in. I find myself falling into the "One stop shop " trap so this was a great video to give me better ideas to avoid a lot of wasted time.
Oh wow…that may be above my pay grade! 😏 Actually, I’m quite sure SEO will be around for a long time to come, but it will evolve. But I think we are a long ways away from web3 displacing the current infrastructure of websites, content, search engines, etc.
*I've fallen in LOVE with the SaaS model but now leaning towards a hybrid model (**18:39**) that offers entry-level saas with DFY MSP as an upsell...* *based on my experience in my niche... They still have a hard time doing the simple things - like responding to incoming text messages, so MSP and/or DFY for sure!!!*
@@MikeCoochUA-cam *Totally AGREE! After going back and forth as to why it's so hard to do something that's easy to do... I started thinking "How can I make this simpler for them" I started to design systems as a solutions - and fortunately, I have access to technology and automations to accomplish that.* *After observing their operations and gaining insights, I now have the solution that I'll be presenting to them despite my resistance to pricing and scaling. Thanks to automations!!! So this video is a result of SERENDIPITY*
Since both require you to build and rank your own website first (which I assume equal SEO effort), I’m curious when do you choose a pay-per-model vs a rent-to-rank?
Another awesome vid Mike... can you please do a more indepth Lead Gen business model video, with info on how to position and advertise the leads we generate, how to maximise the GHL features. I have an idea to get businesses hooked on ghl with reputation management and lead management and then for a fee i drip leads into their account, do you think this is a good idea? Or am i trying to offer a to broader service which may stretch me thin? So i guess what I'm asking is what's the best lead gen model utilising ghl? Cheers mate
I’d love to help, but I think I need a little more to go on. Can you join one of our free Office Hours calls so I can try? You can register at labspecial.com/office-hours

Great! I’m glad it helped!
Why did I NOT think about adding chat to my funnel… great call.
Definitely helps!
Hey Mike, Nice video. I now want to go into Social media Marketing.
Thanks Stephen! Social is the center of marketing, culture, everything at this point - pretty hard to go wrong there!
@@MikeCoochUA-cam what I should start with first?
Hello Mike I want to know about LVRG. why lvrg links are not working
Hey there, which links aren’t working? I just checked the site and it seemed to load fine.
Genius
Thank you!
Hello Sir,
What is the future of SEO in web3?
In web3 google cant track user data.
Seo will exist or not?

I believe that’s the best model in most cases, Paul. Most SMB’s are not going to take tools and run with them - they need your help.

I wouldn’t think of it as an either/or honestly. I would target a niche and do both. They are two different value propositions.
