Hello, I love your approach to business and your channel! it really makes sense to me. I would like to run functions of the separate software for a small subscription per month (47€-97€/mo) functions which do not require a lot of integration and maintenance. And I said to myself that for example I would bring in a client by marketing a specific function (via fb ads for example) then sell the subscription and upsell on the other tools that he would need but at a reduced price (like : +20€/mo per tools/functions added) do you think it would be a good model? (I admit that I don't want to get into full ecosystem services with automations, workflow, sms, email etc for a very specific niche, I know much better about websites, integrations , domains and design...) In addition, I have a little head start being French, so launching it on the French local business market. I'm thinking of testing facebook ads by marketing each function separately to test...
Thanks for watching! I like the idea of selling the smaller functions first, but once you have the customer I think your next step should be to sell a more complete plan. I think it will get confusing and hard to manage selling more small functions independently. But, that’s just my guess - you can always try it and let me know!
@@MikeCoochUA-cam Indeed, thinking about it... The problem is that, since I intend to launch ads to obtain local business leads, I would have preferred to test each function separately to see which ones will have the most success (imagine that a local business is just looking for a webchat widget for their current site instead of a full plan where I sell a website with all the other features)? I would then address more local businesses, what is your opinion? (How did you go about it when you sold websites as a service and others? Did you sell them separately to other services such as universal inbox, text call missed back, website chat widget or did complete plans pre -do?
Thanks Mike for providing such awesome content!
