Hello Sweet Mama 🙏😘 I adored my mom's stuffed peppers growing up, but memories and recipes become faded and lost over years. Out of all the possible recipe variations for this dish, I am so happy that you've given us yours. 😍In Greece they make stuffed peppers with tomatoes and served them with baked potatoes and feta cheese and call the dish Gemista

My late Mom made it too..but without the cream cheese...i thort peppers were big thitha chillies and was afraid of them..ha ha ..but thanks for a lovely memory thru your fabulous cooking ..love u Maa ji

Mrs devi the recipe for trotters, can you use same method for knuckles the lamb knuckles ones you must boil then cook it like trotters

Hi Cynthia I have not tried this so I am not too sure. The trotters also have ligaments that need to be cooked until they become almost gelatinous and I'm not sure if the lamb knuckles will have the same.
