I *love* Vicky! She’s been so supportive of my channel, and I love hers too. I’ve set up a “favorite channels” on my channel with some other great UA-cam puzzlers. If you haven’t seen Jigsaw Jubie yet I also really enjoy her videos. It’s great that puzzlers are such a supportive community!
I’m doing this puzzle now and popped back onto your video to see what strategy you used when you did it and our partially done puzzles looked identical. Thanks for featuring it.
Hi! I just found your channel and subscribed. Definitely doesn’t sound snobby, I agree. Watching how others puzzle has helped me and I love seeing people’s set ups and reviews of different brands. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Have a great day.
Thanks so much for watching and subscribing!! I’ll be posting a new video…hopefully soon…about the big 9,000-piece Disney puzzle. I need to finish a few more sections of it though before I have enough footage.
On the non slip issue, cut out some felt the size of the inside of tray, and place it in there. Then the pieces won’t slip. I did that with my trays and it worked great! If puzzle dust makes the felt get dirty, take them out and wash them in the washing machine on between puzzles. I got my felt from Walmart in 2 yard section and cut them down. ❤️
Thank you so much for this video! I was just contemplating buying this exact puzzle, but I had some concerns that prevented me from buying it. Now that I can see what it looks like, I know it's exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks again, and happy puzzling!
Love your channel! My ongoing challenge is the BetterCo. 1000-piece Purple Succulents puzzle. The pieces are very glossy and the image so challenging I decided to approach it as a solid color puzzle. I tend to only be able to place a half dozen pieces each session… so I have a dedicated board with a cover that keeps the pieces in place and nesting trays with a lid. I’ll probably only work on it between other puzzles; it really may take the rest of the year to finish! When it is completed I’m going to disassemble it in quadrants and put them in separate resealable bags. That way if I choose to build it again it will be more manageable. Also, if I decide to donate or trade it, the recipient can choose their challenge: several small puzzles or one frustrating monster one.
Thanks so much!! I just posted a new video after a brief hiatus. Hope you’ll check it out. I’ve seen that Better Co. puzzle. Looks difficult!! Hope you’ve been able to finish it.
Fabulous job. New subscriber. This is the first video I saw of yours but I did want to recommend a replacement tray for a dog crate. You can get them in various sizes and you can get one that will accommodate a 2000 piece puzzle that you can put on top of your bits and pieces tray.
The puzzle board is by Bits and Pieces. The blue background is OK overall. If I had my choice, I probably would choose black or green, but the board was a gift and I've gotten a lot of use out of it. The other aspect of it that I like is that it has a built-in easel function, which makes reaching the 'top' of the board a lot easier.
The name is pronounced like the bird Raven. Ravensburger. Also when you do a larger piece puzzle, you can buy one of those trifold foam boards like kids use for science fair projects for pretty cheap. It lays flat and is the perfect size for 2000 pieces, then it folds up nicely for storing it away later. I commend your creativity but I could not do a split up puzzle without losing my mind!
Thanks so much for watching and for your comment. That’s a great tip about the foldout presentation boards. The original/German pronunciation is Rahvens-burger. Many Americans pronounce it as Ravens-burger like the bird. My understanding is both are accepted, but I use the German one because it’s what the brand themselves would call their own puzzles. For example, if you go to the Ravensburger UA-cam channel and watch one of their “hangout” live videos they pronounce it how I do. For the longest time when I started doing their puzzles I didn’t know and just assumed it was Ravens like the bird as well.
You did a awesome job in your video . I am addicted to puzzles . My favs are bright colors and colarge too , I haven’t done a Ravensburger one yet but I have the 1000 piece Alice in Wonderland one . I also love White Mountain brand . I’ve bought 38 puzzles since Christmas and do one right after another , I subscribed to your channel .
Thanks for watching! Is the Ravensburger Alice one that you have the one with Dean MacAdam art or the Disney tea party one? I did the MacAdam one a year or so ago and loved it…have the Disney one in my queue to do soon. White Mountain is a brand I hope to try this year - I have Broadway and Movies waiting to be done. Thanks for subscribing!! ✌️
@@piecebypiecepuzzler actually I’m not sure . Lol it’s in the bedroom and hubby is sleeping . I’ll let you know tomorrow . I’m trying to finish a puzzle now but I’m so cold and so tired but sooooo close to being done . It’s 750 pieces put out by Masterpiece and it’s called Farmers Market . It’s a very very busy puzzle .
Hi, I noticed your elfquest print in the back....i love elfquest. thanks for the video
Oh how cool! Same, I’ve been a fan since middle school-ish!
I'm a simple girl. I see Disney puzzles and I see Elfquest art and I subscribe.
LOL, thanks!! ElfQuest is one of my other main hobbies besides puzzles. Catching up to this comment late!
Great to see another person who rediscovered puzzles.
Thank you! Yes, I’m addicted now.
🙂🙂
Very nice. I love the bright colors and the images. Ravensburger always make such nice puzzles.

I grabbed this when you first assembled it and came back to watch again as I’m starting it. It’s a lot of pieces, but it’s going to be really fun.
I think you’ll love it! Lots of pieces but the kind of puzzle where it’s hard to “get lost.” Fairly easy to figure out where most pieces go.
@@piecebypiecepuzzler I am having a great time with it. It's the perfect puzzle to work on a little bit every day.
Love your channel. Tell me more about your puzzle board by bits and pieces 🧩

@@piecebypiecepuzzler Two more pieces went in tonight! BTW, cool jingle!
@@MrFiddler1959 yes! Progress!! Glad you like the jingle!
Yay Richard!!! Such an awesome video and your first 2000 pieces. Way to go! I am also a huge fan of the Grateful House trays. I have a couple sets.
Thanks so much! I love the trays!! If I keep using them as much as I have lately, I may need another set too.
@@piecebypiecepuzzler they are coming out with a new set that will be multiple colors. Hopefully that will be in stock in the next month.

Great video! I've done this puzzle at the beginning of the year and I absolutely loved it!
Thanks so much! Glad you also enjoyed it.
Nice puzzle! Great video too 😊 all the best with your channel 🧩
Thanks so much! It's a learning curve...
Hi! What is the brand of puzzle board you are using? Do you enjoy working on that blue background?

"Schmutzy" is a great way to describe the last thrift store puzzle I started. Lots of hairs that i hope were from an animal, and crumbs. Bleh!
Thanks for watching. Schmutzy is a favorite word of mine. That sounds a bit gross about the thrift store puzzle!
Thank you for sharing this. I have now added this puzzle to my wish list. It looks like its very enjoyable to do. 🧩🧩🧩
It was so much fun. I hope you enjoy it!
