Hey when you make the nacho cheese sauce why don't you make some salsa jalapeno juice for jalapenos for garlic cloves one diced onion half onion I mean and cilantro and a half and cilantro or a bush of cilantro depending on what you want it'll cool it down maybe it's a rancho pepper with a little bit of red on it and peppers jalapenos with red on them are good jalapenos in the store if you see that red on them get a little bit of a different flavor synthetic salt tomato sauce or tomatoes fresh tomatoes your choice I use two cans of hunts tomato sauce and then put it all together with some diced jalapenos and there you go try that for dipping or on the nachos and try to get outside the box😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤

I just tried this within 15 minutes of preparation and my household was complaining it reeked of vomit it was not great and was not melty gooey only for the first minute 🚫
Did you use pre shredded cheese or a fresh block of cheese cause I’ve made Mac and cheese before with a sauce almost exactly like this and the sauce was good
@@Drose101 I haven’t done this exact recipe but a lot of recipes are similar to it in the fact that you make a rue then add cheese. I guess it’s possible that this one was a bust though

I would slowly add in the milk and whisk it because there’s a possibility that it might get extremely clump and not mix out at all
That’s prob why mine ended up clumpy
If your milk is cold when you add it it won't lump
