I got an FZ6R and have zero regrets. Thing is a perfect daily street bike 👌🏼
Yes Sir it checks all the boxes, and is even a formidable weapon on the race track.
Fz6 is faster I just found out but fz6r looks better

I nearly bought an FZ6. Actually found your channel because I was considering one. But then I found my Versys, and got that instead. And I love it. That deep, angry grunt when you hard accelerate is so darn satisfying. It may be bigger, heavier, and less torquey but hnnngh. It'll never get old.
You should own both 😉

@@HalfClickUp I already have my G650GS to do that with lol. Been swapping between them off and on a fair bit actually. Though it doesn't give near the thrill of the Versys, it's definitely useful and fun to ride. It's my easy mode when I want to make a quick run somewhere.
@@lunar-firefly you’re ahead of the game in that respect. Ya know, I’ve literally only been riding Evelyn on Fridays, and I’m definitely starting to take Mondays into consideration as well 😬

Literally the only bike I'd even consider replacing my fizzer with is the rs660, which I wouldn't wanna commute on that triangle, plus I don't get that Japanese reliability, which is kinda important of you're commuting.
You and I are like minded brudda! Though I must say my Triumph is proving to be nicely reliable thus far, too.
Got to agree, i came from honda and test rode a xj6f very similar to the fz6r, excellent bike, its being delivered to me Wednesday, a steal at £3200 in mint condition and just one previous owner.

Got a 2011 Fz6r, fuel mileage , comfort and handling are great for daily commute and highway cruising

I used to think the same thing. I’ve owned almost 2 dozen different motorcycles all different makes and models from cruisers to super sports and all I can say is having a super sport to commute is NOT FUN AT ALL. I was trying to find a bike that does everything well and I picked up a FZ6R with some performance add ons and the bike impressed the hell out of me so I kept it and it’s now the only bike I own. I came from having a 2005 Vulcan 1500, 2002 warrior 1700, and a 2005 gsxr 600 in the stable at the same time. I’m 6’2 240 lbs and ride 2 up frequently with my fiancé which is another 120lbs and it still hauls ass with 2 people on it

@@HalfClickUp Went to a Kawasaki bike demo today and rode a Versys 1000! Really nice but at like $18k kindof spicy compared to that Tracer GT. Damn nice bike tho! Took everything I had to not have my credit ran lmao

I rode that CBR650F. Not a bad bike but it felt too plasticy ! If that is a word. And yes the Honda is always more $$$
I wouldn’t mind trying out one of these 650Rs. Would like to feel a 94hp in-line four that doesn’t have a track inspired powerband.
