So GhostLabs sells three basic options. 1) Original Wand KeepAlive board. This is the older larger one that you bought... the rumble motor will still cause the wand to time out. 2) The newer wand+pack KeepAlive combo, which you have... and which you and I do not need, with the Ninja Tunes upgrade coming. And 3) he has a newer wand-only KeepAlive, which does NOT time out with the rumble motor. I corresponded with Spongeface and he confirmed that electrically, the two Wand-only keepalives should interact with the NinjaTunes board in the same way, but you have the advantage of the rumble motor increased sophistication. Since the older board works, the newer one should as well. Personally, I went for the newer board, even though it cost a few bucks extra, because it will have a higher resale value, and is smaller. The only downside is apparently the newer board uses a smidge more power, but that's not really an issue with a decent battery pack. I need to get it all installed so I can confirm 100% that it works as expected, but I'm pretty confident it will. (and I think it will be after Christmas before I have time to do the installation) Note that a few aftermarket things, including the NinjaTunes board, warn about using the top adjustment knob. Not sure what that thing does, but it definitely messes with a number of things. I pretty much plan to never touch it LOL Side note, are the metal bits on your wand from GBFans? I vaguely recall you may have covered your various wand upgrades in one of your videos but I can't recall which... I don't think it was super detailed, though?

I have the smaller Wand Keep alive in mine because I upgraded from the stock board and Ghostlab keep alives to the Ninja Tunes and didn't remove my small wand keep alive and it works GREAT! The wand won't time out either with all switches on. Maybe I'm the only one with this setup?
So to be clear you're using the smaller board from Ghostlab42 (Pack and wand keep alive in one) and it works with the NinjaTunes board? If this is the case I might just install it! Having the option of having all or some of the switches on is great!

I've also ordered a frutto technology wand & pack keep alive kit's and they should be here soon as well. Wondering if the frutto bargraph will work with there wand keep alive tho? Same ground wire used pn board for both?? Fyi i might be interested in the ghostlab42 wand/pack keep alive.
