So this has to be a deaf blind ADA room. It’s not a wheelchair one or it would be a shower. Thanks for sharing! This would be perfect for me when I stay there in Feb.
Ok thanks for explaining
My daughter is in a chair and I prefer to transfer her to a chair in the tub, they provide those.
no railings in tub either
Thank you!! My daughter is in a wheelchair and has other equipment, so to see the room to maneuver the chair and her into the beds is great . Again, thanks.
ADA with no handrails in the bath?
Thanks Tom, we just stayed in building 51 Aruba water view ground floor in August and loved it. Perfect building to be center to both Skyliner Stations and Main Pool restaurants lobby area. We had 5 people and fold down bed was perfect for our 11 year old.
I love the Caribbean beach resort hotel
Not truly ADA. Our son uses a walker and we’d prefer an actual no-lip shower so he can roll right in. Bathtubs first him not a good option even with the bench inside. I know some resort must have the actual “roll-in” showers. And sometimes the beds being that high are not good for people with disabilities. We often have to put a mattress on the floor as they are too high. But thanks for the review!
No tub bars???
Good video I love disney
I cannot believe people are paying big money for a mediocre Motel 6 room. What is wrong with you! Slap Disney on it and call it premium and all of a sudden it is oh so wonderful. Get real.
0:47 shows me that your in Martinique.
No handhelds in tub area.
I’m assuming this is one of the Florida Accessible rooms and not the wheelchair accessible rooms as there isn’t the roll-in shower in this one.
iron in the bathroom is different.
Like others said no ADA accessible shower. I guess it rains enough in Florida, and with social distancing, who needs a Shower?
The tub is not accessible for a person in a wheelchair--no grab bars, no roll-in shower, not even a tub seat and transfer seat. Disney seems to be very hit-and-miss as far as what they consider to be accessible.
I thought there would be a roll in shower. Certainly not ADA
Very nice.
You are kidding, right?
We stayed at pop century it is much nicer in our opinion 🤷
Basic, huh?
Basic, basic room.
Have to say, that room looks very bland for a Disney hotel!
