6:38 This G80 looks wild with those wheels, love them, sweet design and color. But hold up, 7:37 the man is making a fuss about how well insulated these newer cars are .. but I thought it was common knowledge if you want to hear your exhaust, you just drive with the windows down. 😂 I feel like it's a good thing, if you're not in the mood to hear loud, you just put your windows up. I'd have 0 issue with this. Anyways, nice exhaust by Aulitzky. Great video of the install! Nice work by the technicians working on it. I usually prefer a chrome exhaust tip, but the matte black looks great here with this rear diffuser. 🙂
Nice video thank you. Prior to your video I watched a video on the manhart mh3-600 and tbh i think yours sounded better. Out of curiosity can opf be deleted? Or will it screw with car or mot?
No it was an OPF delete module, but this was very early in to the cars life and we use different simpler products now. We also have a video on a valve controller - ua-cam.com/video/G5xNuJfMaXE/v-deo.htmlsi=A4oRZjpY0VnPUgDG
Amazing car waiting for mine to be delivered. but I have a doubt, you have not removed the opf filters and you have eliminated the opf failures chip, it is necessary or you can cut and mount the exhaust without any problem after the opf .
My g82 competition xdrive is on order I’d like to see your review on other exhausts as well before I order mine. Also I don’t think I can get that exhaust in the USA Thank you for the review
@@EvolveAutomotive they must be really sensitive in terms of back pressure. If it’s that sensitive just changes in altitude would set it off. The pressure should be in front of the OPF not really behind. This is the first OPF exhaust I’ve seen that needs to fool the pressure.
All we can pass on is the info from the manufacturer and their recommend installation procedure. Worth noting they only found the issue with valves open, so no restriction at all at the rear which is a significant change.
Honestly Valvetronic made the best sounding exhaust system for the F80/G80+ model M3/4’s hands down.. they made it sound more exotic and non of that Honda Civic Rasp.
Aulitzky wants do bring an exhaust with 200 cells catalytic converter and a "sport OPF". It would cost around 3k more and you'd have a way better sounding exhaust (with Tüv homologation).
Aulitzky advised us that having the valves completely open may trigger an OPF light. Remember this was when the car was ~6 months old and development was only just starting. Unsure if they still recommend this now.
@@Aman-786 opf ruined my last bmw so I brought an older n55 m2 without opf, it may be slower than my previous car but I think the earlier beemers are just better to drive.
Prefer the stock myself 😳 the trend for snap, crackle and pop exhausts doesn’t really suit the beemer and in my opinion is best left to the lower end of the tuning spectrum . Best exhaust I heard was a bmw sport exhaust on an f series 435i, like angels trumpeting, catch the sound bouncing off buildings and it sounded like a Ferrari.
Surprisingly not that much of a difference. That M3 looks incredibly gorgeous though! To think that people were hating on this… Can’t wait for the OPF delete!
I guess there is just no way to make these new turbo cars sound good with an aftermarket exhaust is there. Shit man my 95 BMW M3 sounded better than that with the UUC Corsa cat back muffler. My 2002 M3 with the Dinan sounds much better to. It’s muffled just like the new Porsche GT2.
All i can see is these gorgeous gold alloys
What rims are those?
I 2nd that!
Great video guys, love the new exhaust but for me I think the wheels make such a big difference to the look and stance of the M3, congrats.
I’m liking the new exhaust, makes the car sound more muscular and it’s not OTT with the sound or looks. You have my vote 👍🏽
colour combo with the gold rims is the spec that really suits this motor
This exhaust probably the best on market to this day
This is the best looking G80 M3 out there, that colour, and those wheels are just perfection 👌🏼
Great Video! Got the same setting, but I deleted the OPF last week. It‘s a pretty big difference to this one👌🏼
Any vids of the OPF delete mate?
1 thing I really like about bmw is that even these latest models still sound like a 325is.
The wheels look great, the sound is good as well.
Lovely and sophisticated exhaust note. Characterful rather than just loud for the sake of it.
Big difference with the new exhaust. I've noticed though on these new G80's there seems to be a lot of engine noise instead of actual exhaust.
Is Imran feeling okay? He's not wearing black 👀🤣
Mid life crisis
Best colour I've seen on the G80 so far
Does it come with TUV certificate?

Hey Imran! Great video sir! I am not sure if it sounds good or not. Looking forward to more videos
Fair to say, let loose it has so much more character than you might have imagined!
The looks from the rear without the protruding back box is 10 out of 10
It actually sounds like a straight 6 now compared to the f80
Nice video thank you. Prior to your video I watched a video on the manhart mh3-600 and tbh i think yours sounded better.
Out of curiosity can opf be deleted? Or will it screw with car or mot?
OPF can be deleted yes but will make the car non-road legal.
@@EvolveAutomotive thank you for your reply and thank you UK legislation for ruining petrolhead fun!
Awesome mods
loved the exterior driving shots
It sounds like the E46 & F80 had a baby😄 love the G80👌
Those rims look amazing. What the set up?
Now it sounds like a m3😀👍good tone aswell😀
At it again 👊🏻✊🏻✌🏾
Imran, was this a louder setup than the supersprint non-res midpipe? trying to decide between both setups
Sounds great!
What did they wire in ? Was that the valve controller? Does it go to the button on the console? Does it fully open the valve ?
No it was an OPF delete module, but this was very early in to the cars life and we use different simpler products now.

This car is beautiful that front end looks mean af 🔥🔥🔥🔥
That g80 is literally perfect, so beautiful!
Love the pops & crackles, wish my M5 Comp did that 😫
Love love
love the exhaust
Nice alloys. But how completely shite is the aero or complete lack of underneath the rear section.
Nothing to hear with the new exhaust.
With the new regulations if you don't delete the opf filters, the sound is pretty much the same as oem..
Great job! Guys, amazing sound, when are you going to launch front m3 bumper?, please let us know when you do it, I can’t wait to buy it
OPF needs to come out out.
Amazing car waiting for mine to be delivered.
but I have a doubt, you have not removed the opf filters and you have eliminated the opf failures chip, it is necessary or you can cut and mount the exhaust without any problem after the opf .
Aulitzky warned us that without the OPF delete module we may get issues when the valves are open due to loss of back pressure.
@@EvolveAutomotive many thanks
Sounds a bit like Giulia Quadrifoglio now. Cool.
Sorry,...the BMW engineers did a great job on the stock exhaust and I prefer the Stock MPE exhaust sound over the Aulitzky - good vid though!!
Wtf
Would deleting the opf/cats affect the mot when it’s due?
Dang , that sounds crazy 🤘🏻💯
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷👏🏻, Much better than Stock!
Why did you decide to leave the opf’s ?
@6:40 tell me that doesn’t sound like a 3 cylinder, sounds good on flybys for sure
I like standard exhaust
Sounds great, not obnoxiously loud and much cleaner sounding than the F80.
nice video bro. check out the valvetronic exhaust. the single midpipe version. its amazing
Aulitzky has got golden exhausts tips or is that a bit too much? Bet you where thinking of that option for sure 😉 it would 💯💥💥💥
I love the car and look of it and the exhaust sounds nice but just missing that extra sound.. love the M3 😍
My g82 competition xdrive is on order
I’d like to see your review on other exhausts as well before I order mine.
Also I don’t think I can get that exhaust in the USA
Thank you for the review
Beautiful exhaust and epic car to look at, is that the Omega Seamaster, or the Breitling super ocean, Imran?
Thanks! It's a Omega Bullhead in the second half of the video
@@EvolveAutomotive I see you're the finer guy, your work speaks volumes...
Try the TPS Performance Exhaust 😍😍
Add a BMC Air Filter will help the sound even more.
Why does the right rear tyre look more worn than the left? 🤔
What wheels are these?? Look stunning!
Subscribe to the channel and you’d be in the know.

The oxide grey looks sensational. Appreciate the minimal front end shots in this video, saved our eyes. 🤣
The placement seems abit off?
Savage sound tho
Why does it trigger engine light when the OPF is still installed? that doesnt make any sense
Reduction of rear pressure. OPF sensor is based on pressure so it thinks there is an issue. Make sense?
@@EvolveAutomotive they must be really sensitive in terms of back pressure. If it’s that sensitive just changes in altitude would set it off. The pressure should be in front of the OPF not really behind. This is the first OPF exhaust I’ve seen that needs to fool the pressure.

M5 comp or m3 comp x drive ?
Honestly Valvetronic made the best sounding exhaust system for the F80/G80+ model M3/4’s hands down.. they made it sound more exotic and non of that Honda Civic Rasp.
Can you make it burble or is that from a tune
More restriction you remove the more you can ‘release’ what burbles are there, but to add more requires tuning.
Can you please for the love of anything tell me the name of thise wheels? 😫😫😫😫
am I the only one who thinks the new exhaust with open valves makes it sound like a straight piped old honda ?
Aulitzky wants do bring an exhaust with 200 cells catalytic converter and a "sport OPF". It would cost around 3k more and you'd have a way better sounding exhaust (with Tüv homologation).
The OPF's in Europe really make the BMWs sound like they are struggling for air
what brand wheels are those?
How much bhp do you 🤔 get with the new exhaust
Didn’t test it but can tell you it would be negligible with a rear exhaust.
Opf needs to go next
When you have to make a vlog at 3 but that T-shirt wash you put on won’t be done till 4 👀
Doesn’t sound much better to be honest but the wheels look sikkkkkkkkkkkk👌👌👌
I agree. Once I watched Shmee get his exhaust systems it makes this one sounds stock
Not worth the money at all
could you straight pipe it and tune it already
Straight pipe? You've come to the wrong place.
@@EvolveAutomotive boooo
Not our style
Vossen custom three piece wheels? Very nice style combined with the Oxide Grey/Donington Grey
They are 6Sixty Forged wheels. Imran designed them 🙌

Sounds synthetic, very computer game like. This is a 3 or 4/10 compared to 9 or 10/10 for the E9X M3 / E46 M3.
Oh you're saying naturally aspirated engines sound better than engines with forced induction? Who would've thought!
