I Visited The Original Six Flags Park!

- Hey everyone! In this video I recap my experience from my day at Six Flags Over Texas on Saturday, March 25th, 2023. Originally, I had scheduled this visit as part of my Texas trip in December 2022 along with Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio, however because of the winter storm, Six Flags Over Texas had closed and that part of my trip got canceled. I finally managed to complete this trip and visit Six Flags Over Texas and crossed off some bucket list rides from my list, including the New Texas Giant, Mr. Freeze, and the Texas SkyScreamer! oh that was sarcasm, I think Titan is terrible and was my least favorite coaster there (I've hated Goliath at Magic Mountain for quite some time) sorry for the misunderstanding lol

When Over Texas was built, they hired one of the primary designers of Disneyland.
Six Flags Over Texas built two different arrow log flumes, because their first one (also the first arrow log flume) was so popular.
I was there Saturday too! We had a terrible day lmfao! So bad that we went to fiesta on Sunday!
It was extremely busy and operations weren't the greatest, definitely glad I opted for Flash Pass 😅
@@M-NL2 the BIGGEST thing that really made me not like the park was that several of the cool flat rides they had were closed. Catwoman, Harley Quinn and joker were all closed. This made the rest of the park feel so saturated with people. Also, we had gold flash passes and they did not seem to help at all because of the way they do their flash pass. At 6 flags fiesta you hit the flash pass and most rides it skips the entire line and gives you priority choice of where to sit on the ride but here at over Texas they just inject you halfway into the line so it still ends up taking half an hour to ride the rides. Also I was VERY angry that #1 my season platinum flash pass for fiesta didn’t work here and #2 you can’t have two season flash passes on one season pass so we spent 255$ on only ONE DAY of flash passes when it would have only been 15$ more to get season flash passes but we couldn’t bc of how dumb 6 flags is. Overall, fiesta is way better.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is by far, the prettiest park in Texas. Those limestone cliff walls are so extra.
Joker is way better than NTG imo.

Exactly what I was thinking on my most recent New Texas Giant rides a few weeks ago--that drop off the mid-course is excellent, SO MUCH better than GhostRider's. Aquaman in the front row will get you totally drenched, except for your shoes. The kiddie coaster is very strictly off-limits to adults unless you have a kid with you. But the mini mine train is open to everyone. Yes, there are 2 log flumes, but only one is open. Agreed, Titan is the best ride of all time, except for Goliath at Magic Mountain.
What!?!? Titan and Goliath are ok, but most certainly not great.

Great Vid! This park looks pretty good, not the best Six Flags park but not the worst. Since my homepark is Great Adventure, and I am 15, I can not rlly travel that much so I have never ridden a rmc hybrid. Although with Wildcat's Revenge opening, I might be able to go to Hershey to ride it! Keep up the great work! (Fyi for MNL2 if he sees this, Hi its Meme Central, its been a long time and I just changed my channel name since I made it 3 years ago).
I'd definitely put it high up aesthetically, better than most Six Flags parks imo!
So glad to see someone else say that NTG is better than Iron Rattler! It might be because I needed a flash pass the one time I visited, but after Magic Mountain, I think Over Texas is my 2nd favorite Six Flags park I've visited. Such a solid coaster lineup and I agree it is a rather pretty park. Good to you see finally got there!
It's definitely one of the best ones, especially aesthetically, however I think SFFT is overall better with the attention to detail in the queues and the ride lineup, but that's just my opinion!
