As a six flags season pass holder for the last 10 years, i can say the attendance was not down this year but there was less workers and the wait times seemed longer than ever.
around 2022 when I went to Magic Mountain there was literally no one there around July/August. Not a very good sign for arguably their flagship park (only really challenged by Fiesta Texas) to be empty during peak attendance time
Our six flags at Darien Lake highered a ton of people that didn't speak English. I've been going since 1983 when opened, 2022 was thee worst. Prices are out of control. Lines too long. Everyone in the NY PA SYR ROCHESTER BUFFALO AREA are all saying the same thing. Word of mouth travels fast
Also fair to note that when a park is declining as fast as 6 Flags, if 6 Flags went bankrupt, the first area that would suffer is the ride and park maintenance. As part of the protection, 6 Flags would have to cut its budget. That means that something would have to take a back seat to manage solvency or to ensure that the assets are enough to cover debts. That means not creating more deby. By acting now, Cedar Fair can ensure that the property and assets aren't completely degraded prior to dissolution.
All I hope is that this will make Six Flags parks better, because I’ve always trusted the way Cedar Fair handles things much more, and maybe they’ll carry over their way of doing things.
This merge is going to be insane. It just came out of nowhere. I’m a little surprised cedar fair were the ones to start talks on this. I know they weren’t in a great place either but I never thought they would merge with six flags. I think ceder fair is going to run the parks how they do which is good for most six flags parks that need better operations, food, and appearance. I do believe the merge will work out because the guys from cedar fair know what they’re doing imo.
This man, attraction ideas, just comes, and when he comes, he cooks, and when he cooks, i eat, and when i eat, im happy with my life. Thank you attraction ideas.
The last time that I went to Six Flags St Louis, none of their shows were running, no dolphins, no acrobats/magic shows, no grand stand concerts and a lof of their rides were non-functional. Of course we had to pay for a full priced ticket. Havent went back in 5 years.
I get what that guy was trying to do. I've felt like I'd pay extra to have less crowds at some places. Only thing is amusement parks are usually for younger kids, and families who usually don't have extra cash to burn. Maybe they should've advertised better.
The new Six Flags might actually be exciting. In general, most Six Flags parks have been considered to be ghetto and run down. It’s likely that the merger is set to improve the Six Flags parks alongside with investments
In the old days it was just called Magic Mountain before Six Flags bought it. Now it’s Six Flags Magic Mountain. They took away the trolls that the OP was talking about. I know… Angelenos are ignorant and clueless.
Cedar probably knows Six Flags is the absolute childhood of many people, and so decided to keep up their rival knowing at least they have a larger say in how Six Flags will work.
Not only that, Six Flags is known around the world, unlike Cedar Fair. They had/have parks in Europe, Middle East & Mexico. If you want to grow SIX Flags brand is more valuable globally.
Incorrect, they did this so that when Six Flags does go under, they wouldn't have to spend more money demolishing infrastructure and dealing with maintenance problems on the decaying coasters and installations.
LA is an odd market. Due to the traffic, it can take sometimes two hours at times to get from Knott's Berry Farm to Six Flags Magic Mountain. To put that in perspective, it takes more time to travel to Knotts from Magic Mountain than to travel Providence Rhode Island to Boston Massachusetts. That's two capitals of states as well. I think there is enough of a market to cover both.
I agree that LA traffic is ridiculous, but I typically go from San Diego to Six Flags 2-3 times a year. The travel time is pretty consistent, regardless of which season I've gone. Your analysis of the travel time from Knotts to Six Flags seems just a tad bit exaggerated (in that travel time doesn't tend to waiver even an hour, let alone two). I do wish I didn't have to drive through LA to get to Six Flags, but that's never been a great hurdle for the park.
I know what you're saying but, believe me, from Providence to my home (halfway to Boston) often takes me 1.5 hours due to traffic. As bad as that traffic is, I'd want nothing to do with California and it's traffic...
I've been going to six flags freight fest for about 5 years straight. Now this year seemed particularly cheap and underwhelming. I guess this might explain it
Actually, Cedar Fair is the majority share holders with them holding roughly 52% of the shares while Six Flags holds 48%. Also, keep in mind, for a Ultimate Park Pass, it is likely that we will see a minimum price tag of $500 dollars each ( As comparable to Hershey Parks Giant Pass for only their park), as well as increases to Fast/Flash Pass and Meal plans. Hopefully, the Halloween events will be like Cedars.
The annual pass at knotts is $100 and you can add a premium parking pass for $85. There's very little difference between the normal pass and the premium pass, seems to only be that parking is included in the premium pass and you get 2 "free" buddy passes, but the premium pass is $375.
If sixflags St. Louis raises their prices much higher, they will lose even more money from the loss of revenue. The food is nasty, buildings run down and some no longer even used as they rot and fall apart.
Marvelous analysis of this merger! One of my friends went,to a Cedar Fair park last year and couldnt stop raving about the great time he and his son had at thr park. So, hopefully, fingers crossed, Cedar Fair will bring to Six Flags new rides but also better food, better cleanliness and maybe even entertainment again. Who knows?? But it's a great move both from a businessn and consumer standpoint
At 16:04 showing Montezooma was just a knife to the heart. I was there the day that ride opened. I was at MM the day Revolution opened. At least we still have Rev. The slow killing off of Montezooma is a disgrace to all of us who have supported both parks for 'decades'. Let's hope the combined management will do better.
Point is, Cedar Fair and Six Flags will be in a new company called Six Flags. The IP from Peanuts, DC Comics and Looney Tunes would be used and the scary events from Knotts' could make for its own version of Halloween Horror Nights. Combine that with SeaWorld and Merlin Amusements, and you'd witness a great competitor to both Universal and Disney parks.
The late 90's and very early 2000's was the best time for Six Flags. Every year new rides came out. While still keeping some of the old rides & nice theming. Lots of coupons for season pass, parking and food was reasonable. Fright fest hay rides and other fun concert events free. No extra charges for premium parking or fast pass etc. Now parks just nickel and dime you. This merge could give one company too much power over price. Have al that debt to pay off. They will do better than that last ceo tho. LOL
Knott's and Magic Mountain are very different parks. Although Knott's is the odd one out compared to the rest of the Parks of either the Cedar Fair or Six Flags Portfolios. It would be interesting to see out of this merger that we see a better emphasis at the theming scale and perhaps references to the sister park(s) in the region. Now we may see non-competing coasters in in parks within the greater metropolitan area .... ie. the Giga at Magic Mountain and a coaster more to it's scale at Knott's.
Southern California could really use a Giga since all the other Gigas are either in the Ohio, or the East Coast. I'd just be curious to see what the required seismic reinforcement will be in California verses those other states.
Used to go to Six flags in Georgia but stopped for two reasons. The first is they used to have grey concrete walkways. Its hot in Atlanta Georgia in the summer. The replaced those grey concrete walkways with black top pavement making it feel 30 degrees hotter. The second reason is way too many thugs and lowlifes in the park where I felt safety was a concern.... Dollywood became our go to park...
While I can not speak for the other parks, I can speak to what has been happening at Six Flags Great America. Number 1 problem has been a huge influx gangs and teens from both Chicago and Milwaukee. Every night there are violent episodes. There have even been shootings in the parking lot. This is driving a downturn in family attendance. When you take a landlocked park that is too small in the first place to serve both Chicago and Milwaukee, add in long slow moving lines with numerous line jumpers, terrible but expensive food and you have a recipe for alienating anyone not a teen or group of teens. Then add to it an increase of violence, intimidation of the families that do go (how dare you complain that I am cutting in line!), by very foul mouthed people and you should not be surprised by what happens. I wish them well. Cedar Point is an awesome park. But unless they figure something out, Six Flags Great America will continue its downward trend. So Sad!
When was the last time you were there? This is my home park and go about 15-20 times a season. There has been one shooting which was July of last year. I have seen fights break out, but cleared up quickly. I didnt see one happen this season. I've been to many theme parks and see fights break out all the time. Food I agree with you, but with how many times I go Ive found where the best places with actually good food are to get a lot of food for your meal pass. Lines were actually pretty good all season till Fright Fest and those were horrible. There was several trips this season and last were most wait times were anywhere from 5 min to 30 min for popular rides. Biggest problem with this park now if staffing. They dont have enough staff to operate all the rides any given day. This was most noticeable at Hurricane Harbor which had skull island closed quite a few days. Honestly the worst park I've been too for gang activity and violence was Magic Mountain in California, but that was years ago. Hopefully that park has gotten better.
The merger is going to help both companies pay off their debts much easier. And to say “R.I.P. Six Flags,” it’s not entirely true. Many underperforming Cedar Fair parks will be changing over to the more popular Six Flags name.
@@ryangrinstead5932 Once the deal closes, the combined company will operate under the name Six Flags and trade under the ticker symbol "FUN" on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction, which was approved by both companies' boards, is targeted to close in the first half of next year.
maybe some parks see an uplift but the majority of those savings are going to the investors. I haven't seen many mergers that result in an abundance of products for customers usually just job losses and streamlining of business. We may even see the merged entity shed a few parks though fortunately it does look like they don't cross compete too often so maybe that will be less.
Instead of thrill rides-why not use roller coasters for practical public urban transit? Make it utilitarian. A city in Columbia uses cable cars like tramway lines.
I went to 6 flags for the first time in 7 years… nothing about the layout of the park changed… a few new rides but 80% the same. It was pricey and they would not take my cash to buy a ticket I had to use my phone to buy a ticket online 😂 as they said it’s $30 more to buy in person.
To be fair, they switched from accepting cash throughout the park within the past couple years. I believe Covid contributed somewhat to the policy change, but there's also an annoying push in many areas to eradicate cash handling overall. As someone who likes to have emergency cash on hand, it's a bit annoying, but they do also have cash-to-card kiosks throughout the park.
Six Flags died when it was sold from Time Warner to Premier parks in 1998. The chain lost its identity and was running on borrowed time ever since. They ran the chain into bankruptcy under that leadership, lost astroworld, sold good parks only to lease them back, etc. The current state of affairs of Six flags was the domino effect of bad decisions from the premier transaction. I see this merger as a course correction for the chain to return into the chain it should have been. For all intents and purposes the "new six flags" is still going to be cedar fair undsr the six flags banner. Selim is a numbers guy and belongs on the board where he is going and Zimmerman is the best person to be the ceo of the company to run and oversee park operations. The new board will also be half cf and half sf. Lets just hope that they dont go crazy branding parks and racking up debt overexerting themselves like premier did in the 2000's, I have a faith in Cf though, they are conservative in their leadership and hopped on the deal at the most opportune time. Sf has been a takeover target for a while, it was just a matter of when was he best time merge.
Not trying to be a grammar police type here, but gotta correct one thing. "For intensive purposes" is not the saying, and doesn't make any sense. The actual phrase is "for intents and purposes."
@thelfinarcher its called predictive typing on Android devices. My phone autofilled the wrong word. Would you like a biscuit? It's a youtube comment, not a thesis or dissertation.
People in the US should get used to this because this is happening to alotta businesses. All thanks to the greed of the rich in this country. It's gotten to the point that there's no more money they could squeeze out of the poor. Nothing to feed their appetites anymore.
Bitter sweet... I'm thrilled to hear Six Flags is dying... Had the worst experience with my family on March 3rd 2023 in Georgia where less than 2 hours at the park a bunch of rowdy kids caused a disturbance in the park and Six Flags authority said they were shutting down rides & closing the park early. So they rudely escorted (pushed & threatened) a large group of park guests in that area out of the park only to find out that they didn't even close the park, they just herded a bunch of innocent guests out who were unfortunately near the commotion of other mischievous guests. It was my kids birthday, I spent over $400 on tickets & meal plans for our group. When I called to file a complaint for reimbursement or any concession they blew me off with not as much as a coupon or a 'sorry for your bad experience '. They were very dismissive and made no attempt to provide any level of customer service. I vowed to never step foot or patronize their establishment in my life. I'm thrilled they're failing, but hate they're being saved after receiving such a horrible experience not just for me but my kids. Their birthday was ruined.🖕🏾
You blame six flags on thugs? If they closed the park, they are considered racist. It’s a lose lose situation. They need to unfortunately change the rule to “you must be 18 or accompanied by a parent”. These fatherless children have zero respect for anything and unfortunately this has to happen. Don’t blame the park for poor behavior.
11.20.2023 @@earbo6220 I don't they were blaming the park for having to close the park early. It was that they were ushered out, along with many other innocent patrons with out an any kind of reimburse- ment or future "rain ticket", I think it's called. But especially after they had spent at least $400 for tickets, birthday meals & other arrangements. That's a HUGE amount of money spent & without receiving any compensation would be very frustrating!!! 😡
1:45 I think Selim and the Board’s objective from the beginning was to prep the company to be sold. Hence why the board of directors didn’t oust him with the horrible performance.
@@kathrynkathryn5493 I don't think it would take a merger. DC is currently owned by Warner Discovery, but unlike Disney or Universal, Warner Discovery does not have a theme park division. Hypothetically, Universal could decide to give up its Marvel rights, and then try to negotiate with Warner Discovery for the DC rights. I'm not sure why would they do this (because re-theming or building new rides would be expensive as opposed to keeping what they already have the way they have it), but they could.
The merger is great for those of us in the Great America market! Great America has been going downhill for years. No summer musical theater show. Holiday in the Park gor cancelled. I am looking forward to the merger. I hope my season pass will be valid at Cedar Fair Parks and Six Flags Parks
This is B O N K E R S!!!! Yes, Cedar Fair gets to more than double their portfolio with Six Flags' parks, but I expect some closures to occur not just on Cedar property but SF as well. 42 parks is alotta parks, and not all of them will put up good steady numbers in merger time or after possibly. Five bucks says the portfolio will whittle down to 35 once the dust settles
Im hopeful! All I can say is that both parks need to work on more/better themed rides - some dark rides, some cooler, more thematic roller coasters, etc.
I remember going to six flags in Biloxi, Ms. It was great when I was a little boy. The last time I went past it as an adult, it was gone and a cancer center took it place. The one in Tennessee that I went to as a teen is now gone according to a video that I saw on UA-cam. I am not sure if the one in Kentucky is still operating. I went one time and everything was very high cost. This is sad that is happening.
Six Flags parks have been shitty for the last 20 years at least. Dirty, less attractions, less staff. Cedar Point was great when I was younger. Me and my brother used to get season passes and go frequently, it was only a 2.5 hour drive.
Honestly I'm happy about this merger. I almost feel bad about the downfall of Six Flags but honestly there's just not a lot of reason to go to the parks right now. There's not enough to do and the parks are not keep clean and updated. Once you've done the rides there's nothing else that appeals, so I do think they'll have an uphill battle, but I think the Cedar Fair people can make it happen.
You’re awfully excited thinking how much money they’ll save and put it back into the parks. Cause knowing American companies they’ll probably figure out how to give themselves raises before they actually invest in parks.
As a fan of six flags I actually love the idea of higher prices for fewer lines, I would pay more personally and did for myself and my family in early summer 2023
No one talks about but Cedar Fair also has massive debt with debt being called in 2025 which would have to be refinanced. I do think a sell off of the less profitable parks is on the way even if the merger didn't happen on both sides. I hope this breeds efficiency in the park, I really hope things are streamlined and we get things like double sided lockers to improve operations and many other things that may the experience better.
Actually it's not 50/50...Cedar Fair has controlling interest 51.8 to 48.2& in stock & their CEO and CFO are running things, Selim has a figure head position that doesn't make day to day operational decisions. This keeps him from doing stupid things like he did at SF.
@maddox121 Nobody is paying attention to Selim, he's a figurehead. The conference call dynamic is how it's going to go. Zimmerman & Witherow knew what they were talking about with coherent answers, Selim chimed in with a few bits of nonsense & silly anecdotes, that were eye rolling moments, Then things went back to business & Selim sent back to the figure head child king throne, that everyone ignores, b/c he knows nothing.

Humm. This is interesting. We went to Six Flags about 6 years ago and I said I would never go again. The rides were amped up making the rides uncomfortable. It felt like it was being run by a bunch of kids.
I'm going to Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey for over 40 years I've been a member over 20 of them and now still Diamond Elite the park has absolutely never been so bad between the lines, the rides the lack of employees even during busy times like Fright Fest food prices have just gone up tremendously as well so we're paying much much more for much much less let's be honest with the lack of employees I've witnessed myself so much theft in the stores because there's no one there to even watch people just go in and take things even worse if a fight or something negative breaks out there's no security anywhere so it's not even a safe environment ! Used to find Happy employees there now they just look miserable . Very sad. I have two little ones that I want to take there but it's making it more difficult and a lot less enjoyable hoping they're making changes for the new year changes for the new year
@Six Flags fans - I'm so sorry for your loss. Just to give you a little insight from the flip side of the coin. Cedar Point ( not just Cedar Fair parks in general, Cedar Point specifically) patrons are not so happy to now be associated with "Six Flags." Six Flags is a bad bad word for Cedar Point patrons. Imagine if your honorable church going Grandfather ( 153 year old Cedar Point) married a trashy stripper ( Six Flags). 😂
If this merger ends in disaster, it may be left on Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld to save them, but ultimately I think they would have a tough time saving Cedar Faor and Six Flags.
I remember being told while working at CWL in the early 80s that park along with King's Island, King's Dominion and Carowinds were considered a financial 'loss leader' for the giant Taft Broadcasting Corp. back in the day. Disney set an unreachable standard for independent amusement parks being money-makers. Disney had substantial theming and tie-ins to a widely successful motion picture business. Most parks have a lucrative shelf-life of 10+ years as independents. A merger creates a monopoly, thus potentially stagnating innovation. To be honest this merger gives Cedar Fair 51.2%, a controlling interest over Six Flags in the long-run.
TAFT sucked at running parks, that was the issue. The same parks are money makers under Cedar Fair, especially Kings Island which is 3rd after Knotts and Cedar Point. Disney is irrelevant to regional theme parks, they don't even look at them as a comparison nor does Disney vice versa. This is in no way a monopoly.
I haven’t been to an amusement park in at least five years, I think (part of the reason for not going this year was due to having a surgery over the summer). This amusement park merger joins the Albertson’s/Kroger grocery store merger.
Magic mountain needs to close at 12 at least on Fridays ,Saturday and Sundays. Ok mean they close to early and we have to beat those long lines. The day goes to fast and not enough time to get on a the rides.
Does this mean six flags st.louis is finally going to get a modern coaster? No I'm still driving straight past six flags on my way to a decent theme park.
For years my brother and I use to go to six flags every summer. We always went on a Tues or Wed because we hate crowds and most people are at work/school those days. Then they raised their prices and they only opened on Fri-Sun. So we stopped going.

Cedar Fair was concerned Sf would be bought by someone else, SEAS or private equity. CF made a merger, which they are really in control to prevent that. They also didn't want to try to buy SF b/c even in their poor state, CF would have to take on at least 4,5 to 5 Billion debt, which unit holders and the market would be worried about. The merger allows them to get the parks they really wanted, which were only 5 or 6. with less financial stress, Expect them to try to sell off a bunch of the low performing SF parks & kill all the lease deals early, if it's not cost prohibitive.
Well, I certainly didn't expect to hear this news today, but am quite fascinated by its implications. As an avid fan of Six Flags over Georgia, I must admit that the park needs some sprucing up and streamlining. Hopefully, this merger will allow for that to happen down the line. EDIT: Turns out we're getting a new coaster next year! So that's neat.
Idk, I'm not happy about this merger. It was stated on the conference call that Six Flags park will take priority over Cedar Fair parks. What will happen to our Cedar Fair parks?. I'm from Ohio. I have Cedar Point and Kings Island in my backyard. I'm worried about investments in those parks. I do not want to see Six Flags operations trickle down to our parks. I also have no intention of going to any of the Six Flags parks. Been there and done that. Let's not forget what Six Flags did to Geauga Lake. I'm very uneasy about this whole thing.
It's not that far. It's no one's fault states back east aren't even as big as our out west counties
They could build a monorail between the parks 😮❤
@@thelfinarcher It would be really nice if the California subway ran from park to park. When you're exhausted, sit back and sleep!!😊
@@krissyd48which is Great that Cedar Fair has majority of shares then. Food and park improvements would be implemented asap imo
@@ssp_2015yeah, knotts is run pretty well in my opinion

Marvelous analysis of this merger! One of my friends went,to a Cedar Fair park last year and couldnt stop raving about the great time he and his son had at thr park. So, hopefully, fingers crossed, Cedar Fair will bring to Six Flags new rides but also better food, better cleanliness and maybe even entertainment again. Who knows?? But it's a great move both from a businessn and consumer standpoint
Lol..Obviously they NEVER went
LOL
Selim Bassoul was clearly a Cedar Fair sleeper agent.
Joke aside I'm curious to see what happens.
What is the Giga? are you referring to a generic monster, or are you talking about X2 / Tatsu / Full Throttle? kek
@@TaaxiCaabnone of those are gigas, they are referring to a B&M or Intamin giga over 300 feet.
@@reteledman Ah thanks.. I grew up in SoCal and visited all the major parks in that area more times than I can count. I've just not heard that term
So Sad!
California’s Great America is still doing better than its sister park. As my nearest major home park, I’ll continue to go until it’s closure in 2033.
Stop snitching... jk lol
We went twice this summer. Had a great time. No line cutting, or fights. Plenty of families. Got lucky?
I moved away from that area in 2017 and that's one of the few things I don't miss. The ghetto hub known as Great America.
In CA, raising prices was meant to cut back on the roving packs of "youths". That park was not family friendly at all.
👨🏿🎓
Yes, I’m one of those people that quit going. I do miss it. 😢
I wasn't expecting this video to be as optimistic as it was. Kudos!
The merger is going to help both companies pay off their debts much easier. And to say “R.I.P. Six Flags,” it’s not entirely true. Many underperforming Cedar Fair parks will be changing over to the more popular Six Flags name.
Cedar Fair isn’t making any changes to its park. The company has made this very clear.
Like Michigan Adventure needs it bad
@@ryangrinstead5932 Once the deal closes, the combined company will operate under the name Six Flags and trade under the ticker symbol "FUN" on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction, which was approved by both companies' boards, is targeted to close in the first half of next year.
Dude it's a merger not a decline. This is just business. I mean I just bought 6 flags tickets yesterday. They actually say 6 flags on them
maybe some parks see an uplift but the majority of those savings are going to the investors.
Six Flags just merged with Cedar Fair. Let's see what happens from there.
Anyone else notice that all the fun and amusement parks are going through the greed mills? 😢
I actually think when you put the best of each company working together I believe It is beneficial to us as consumer
Rest in Peace Six Flags
You will always live on in our hearts

I have many many happy memories going to magic mountain in California when I lived there, hope this merger with cedar will be a good thing

@@earbo6220
I don't they were blaming the park for having to close the park early. It was that they were ushered out, along with many other innocent patrons with out an any kind of reimburse-
ment or future "rain ticket", I think it's called.
🤔
So, effectively, he was an asset stripper.
Let’s get some better food at parks too!! Like Disney World or Universal Studios!! I want to enjoy themed foods while going out 🤣
absolutely, please stop making us pay $18 for a SLICE of pizza…
Better having six flags under cedar fair then cedar fair under six flags
I'm just waiting for Universal to buy them out or at least their DC rights so that Universal can say they have both Marvel and DC in their parks.
Interesting idea.
That seems weird, I’m not sure Marvel and DC would be cool with that
But idk anything about how those companies think lol so maybe, dream on
It's all about Licensing .... I don't anything like that would ever happen..... but who knows a new merger ?????@@joeyjose727
Great Points and well said !!!!!@@RetroGirl1967

The merger is great for those of us in the Great America market! Great America has been going downhill for years. No summer musical theater show. Holiday in the Park gor cancelled. I am looking forward to the merger. I hope my season pass will be valid at Cedar Fair Parks and Six Flags

No way, not only the thumbnail was eye-catching and clickable, but the context is on point lots of B-Roll and the performance was great! ❤
I sure hope Vallejo, CA Six Flags survives - it's the only real economy since Mare Island naval base closed.
There was no six flags in Biloxi! Are you thinking of new Orleans?
Actually Mergers Suck! I have seen Stores Merge after a few years they shut down.
You’re awfully excited thinking how much money they’ll save and put it back into the parks. Cause knowing American companies they’ll probably figure out how to give themselves raises before they actually invest in parks.
They need to bring back AstroWorld in Houston that was one was amazinnngggg compared to the one in San Anto
As a fan of six flags I actually love the idea of higher prices for fewer lines, I would pay more personally and did for myself and my family in early summer 2023
LOL. Imagine if Six Flags was so desperate they had to sell to another company like Disney or Viacom. 😮 Stuff happens I guess. 🤷🏽♂️
LOLOL! Love this video -- had me rolling! The eulogist of the intro morphed into a prosecutor out of nowhere, hahaha 🤣🤣!

@Six Flags fans - I'm so sorry for your loss.
Just to give you a little insight from the flip side of the coin. Cedar Point ( not just Cedar Fair parks in general, Cedar Point specifically) patrons are not so happy to now be associated with "Six Flags."
Six Flags is a bad bad word for Cedar Point patrons. Imagine if your honorable church going Grandfather ( 153 year old Cedar Point) married a trashy stripper ( Six Flags). 😂
Cedar Fair isn't as good as you think it is lmfao
He's not going to be punished for his failure
If this merger ends in disaster, it may be left on Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld to save them, but ultimately I think they would have a tough time saving Cedar Faor and Six Flags.
I haven’t been to a Six Flags park since it was owned by the equally horrible Dan Snyder. Fool me once.
Ah, so they went the Disney route. That explains everything.
World's Of Fun is my local park. I hope they don't change the name to "Six Flags Over World's Of Fun."
Love the whisper yelling so that you don’t disrupt your family.
Great presentation, informative with a touch of humor/sarcasm.
