So far, it's a good buy and runs well. If the xiaomi one runs google tv then you should be able to access the playstore, in which case it shouldn't be a problem to install jio cinema. However, jio tv isn't available on TV as of now. There is a workaround to sideload it. You can search for that tutorial on UA-cam.
