Hey Em! I know BMI means NOTHING in the grand scheme of things, but have you reached a ‘normal’ one and did your thinking start to change when you reached it? My psych said I will be able to think more clearly at a minimal safe bmi but I’m not sure!

Treadmill 5ks totally different to a road one. I ran a 17 one on Treadmill. Can't break 21 on road yet..
