It honestly depends on if you want to build her to survive and be as reliable a warp beacon, or get a kill here or there I tried out my + HP -Atk one with Escutcheon and she usually worked fine since she can Canto 4 away to a good spot.
Damn, and I saw four reds in the free summon circle and none of them had her. Oh well, at least I had great luck with the tickets and she shouldn't be too hard to get if I keep trying (says the person without a single copy of H!Xane after so many years of trying to get him).
I'm really glad that the Snag Skills banner with R!Lucina is currently running. I got one in a few summons and was able to give Tana No Quarter and both Atk Spd Clash and Excel in one go thanks to one of the NY!Panne I got from the tickets 😄🙏🏼
"How is she a demote unit?" Easily, she is not a demote unit, she is a 4* special, what makes a demote unit such is that they go into the regular 4* pool once the banner ends, something that Tana will not do.

I do spend a little money on the game, but my point is this; The strength of weak units going up means that IS is going to make even stronger strong units. This is Gacha 101. The floor and ceiling raise at the same time, and Tana being this strong is alarming for that reason. I believe gacha games should have strong F2P options that allow people to enjoy content without feeling forced to buy the cool new thing; but IS is not a kind company. They want money, and they want it more than they want to help their playerbase, and because of that I think that any strong F2P options that aren't CYL and don't require much effort to build are incredibly suspect. Tl;dr, don't be stupid and immediately jump to accusations, this is a bad thing for free and paid players. It shows that IS is going to signifcantly spike their powercreep with the new year, perhaps more than they have in past if Tana is anything to go by.
