Fabulous speech! Loved it. I have three daughters and we need more women like you to inspire the next generation. Too many of us have been raised in households which pander to the male gender. Nurturing women is key as they are the ones that raise the next generation. I'm one of three sisters myself and as a mother have always encouraged my girls to be strong, independent minded and have self belief. It is key to our strength as a society to support women.
