My approach is to meet only after being invited through nonverbal communication (flirtation). Men can flirt to validate a woman's interest. I flirt with my gaze (eyes) and my smile (smirk). I can be talking to one or two women and still flirt with one across the room. This may sound strange, but I can very quickly identify the women with the most interest. It is a skill every man should learn. If invited go over and talk. Notice I did not say anything about her looks. For intimacy, it is the woman who will choose the man. Men do not take, they are invited.
So, I will approach and introduce myself. Flirting is important, but the most valuable skill is communication. My mindset is through conversation, can I understand her true self. I always look to try and make a deep connection in some way. It is through connection that I build intimacy. I move towards a warm and kind closeness, which is founded in my own personality. I guess its why I love women.
Conversational skills take a long time to hone, in fact your always improving. But once learned they are the framework on which social communication is based.
So what do I talk about, it depends on the woman. All are different, which I love. I use assertive communication to be respectful, no matter how I am tested. My own technique is to be warm and kind with my remarks. It is possible to do, it just depends how you frame your responses.

Above I mentioned building a connection through conversation, more specifically try and forge an emotional connection. I generally try to guide the conversation in a direction that allows me to make a judgement on if I would like to meet again on a date. This is important to me because if you are incompatible you should politely end the conversation and move on. My point is you are making conversation for a specific goal. Be interested in her and uncover what you want to know.
Relationships do not require exclusivity. You can date as many women as you want, women as many men as they want. After a few dates you may like a woman as a friend, or maybe a coffee buddy, or a dance buddy. Maybe she is very smart in a subject that you would like to learn. Don't limit the type of relationships you can have with women.
To me the steps in the video are very generically written, and if I may say so, by a younger man. To me relationships progress on making close connections with women. If there is a very romantic moment on the first date, and you have forged a connection, a passionate kiss is very appropriate.

I know i'm replying to this a year later but nevermind. Firstly he's not telling you women how to feel. He's just telling us men that female interest is the most important thing in a relationship. You have a point in that we need to be ourselves and be happy, because if we're not we wont be able to consistenly do the right things that maintains female interest. But you are right. Of course you don't orchestrate interest. It has to be there to begin with, but it can be raised over time, and it can also fade over time. It doesn't matter how attractive we are or whether our personalities click with a woman's, if a woman starts to lose interest during a relationship it's over, so it's important to give her the 4 things that maintain it. 1. Respect. 2. Positive Attention. 3. Positive Humour. 4. Teamwork. What he's saying is we shouldn't wait any longer than the second date before going for the kiss. Why? There is a woman I was talking to at work and I have been paying attention to body language lately. I noticed during our conversation she would slowly step closer and then cover herself and cross her arms. Then she would slowly open back up and she would repeat until we went from 10 feet to around arms length. She initiated the conversation but the mixed signals seemed odd to me.

It's past time for you to get over this relationship. The only other angle is if she has lots of girlfriends and maybe one or more of them like you. She's either using you for some reason, they all do this. There's a lot of factors to consider but if you're not hitting it and not even kissing, she just sees you as a friend. If she's telling people that you're dating it usually means she's claiming her " territory " hoping to discourage any other women from liking you. So, she knows you have some value but she doesn't want anyone else to steal her " toy."
